Top! Personal super freundlich. Machen alles das es einem an nichts fehlt. Riesen Auswahl sn Essen und auch sehr köstlich. Viele Aktivitäten. Die Animatoren versuchen einen mitzureissen und einzubeziehen um auch etwas zu machen. Für Kleinkinder (2-4Jahre) alles vorhanden was das Herz der kleinen begehrt. Das kleine Spielzenter auch super. Sehr gut betreut. Die Betreuerinnen auch sehr freundlich und empfangen die Kinder mit offenen Armen. Was man für die Kinder noch hätte machen können wären ein Trampolin und Bobbycars zur verfügung stellen. Dennoch motzrn auf hohem Niveau. Super Urlaub bis zum nächsten Mal.

A great resort for families! We had the swim-up room, which was great when traveling with a 5 month and 2.5 year old. Despite being there in peak season, the resort is large enough that nothing felt crowded (except maybe the dinner buffet, but there is still a lot of tables, and no waits). The staff was all friendly, no one was pushy, and everyone made us feel welcome. It was a great trip!

Wahnsinnige Lautstärke im Speisesaal und grosses Durcheinander., niveaulos, Gäste die Essensberge zurücklassen, laute Musik bis spät, mehr Quantität als Qualität. Sind von 5 Sterne Hotels in Belek besseres gewohnt.

Club avec beaucoup d animations. Merci à notre guesr relation Basak pour son dynamisme et faire débitée séjour un vrai bonheur. Il y a plus de 5 restaurants dont certains où il faut réserver. Je privilégie le restaurant Italien avec sa grande terrasse. Top parc aquatique avec toboggans aussi. Il manque juste des terrains de Padel ( il y a 8 terrains de tennis dispo).

We stayed here last year and loved it so much that we had to come back again this year. Everything was amazing — from the warm and welcoming staff to the variety of activities, especially for kids. Our child had a fantastic time every single day! The hotel offers so much for families, and considering the quality of service, the price is very reasonable. I highly recommend this place to anyone, especially families with children. It's the perfect spot for a fun, relaxing, and memorable holiday

Getränkekarte an den Bars hat gefehlt. Mitternachtsnack 22.00- 07.00 Uhr war enttäuschend. Wir wollten vor unserer Abreise 5.30 Uhr noch etwas haben, aber es war leider nichts möglich.

Good place for a family vacation. Staff is very helpful and polite. Great food and a lot of attractions for children. Though, there are some cons; 1. Aqua park for kids works during the hottest time of the day and not available outside the odd hours. 2. Air conditioners do not work properly in some rooms (ours was good, but others were complaining). 3. The lift in our building was out of order 3 times during a single week. 4. Inventory of on-site shops is very limited and of really low quality.

Property is big but very outdated. One thing I did not enjoy is the food. Don’t find it to be authentic Turkish food. Also, do not like that they charge extra to eat at the other Al le cart restaurants. I also don’t like the people coming up and asking to do a review that you enjoy the property. So reviews are not authentic. Not very professional.

Excellent location; very friendly and helpful staff; good facilities for kids including water slides and kids club; food excellent; live shows could be better tailored for children

Jättehärligt hotell

A family holiday with 7 adults and 4 children (ages from 20 months to 8 years) staying in 4 rooms was a resounding success with something for everyone. We were surprised and very pleased with the range and quality of facilities, from the F&B, to the bedrooms, and entertainment. There was even an excellent guest lounge available for use after checking out whilst waiting for onward travel. All the staff were kind and courteous although not all understood much English which is not a criticism. The only slight negative would be the extensive use of plastic. Otherwise a brilliant holiday, well done and thank you.

Ce complexe est vraiment très complet et accueillant. Tout est bien pensé pour se reposer et aussi être actif en famille ou en couple. Les jardins sont magnifiques. Les buffets et les bars sont très bien et bons, le personnel souriant est serviable et très ouvert à discuter, dans plusieurs langues. Nous y avons passé une très belle semaine !
