It’s a very empty place in beginning of October. Which was perfect for us

Went in summer, so very quiet. Staff were friendly and when the hotel power went out communication was good and prompt. The front desk was not staffed the whole time while i was there, but this may be because of the time of year i stayed here. Very close to local shops and the room was clean and modern. The room was small, though the pictures demonstrate this too.

I think the largest positive issue was communication. I received a Whatsapp message after booking informing me of the process for checking in, parking, getting in the room and checking out, all of which went well. I even replied to the initial message to find out what was in the apartment cooking appliance wise, and they answered almost instantly. The room was clean and tidy with all the things you could ask for from a microwave, toaster, kettle and even a coffee machine. The cutlery and plates were clean, the view was fantastic with the properties design and layout meaning everyone gets an external view (ours was of the mountains and the sunset was fantastic). The shower was very powerful and worked well, plus the bedroom was clean with plenty of spare sheets and towels. Our son used the sofa bed in the livingroom and slept well. We visited in August and it was hot, but because it was technically out of season, parking was free with lots of spaces and the area was relatively quiet. We reccomend taking the ski lift up to the top of the mountain for incredible views. We will be returning in winter and we will definitely attempt to rebook this location. It's all set up for skis and boards with external lockers that are lockable and the lockers are just outside your room, so nice, safe and in the warm.

Helt greit hotel. Gratis pakering i garasjeanlegget. Fult utstyrt kjøkken fint oppholdsrom og soverom. Kan anbefales!

Olen ollut pari kertaa kesällä. Huoneistot ovat yksilöllisiä. Tästä huoneesta puutui Ilmastointi, joten vaati ikkunan avauksen. Sen jälkeen tuli hyönteisiä sisään.

Muy bien ubicado

The property is good, clean and centrally located on the flat area 1 min from the ticket office. However there is no parking and it is not really obvious from the large underground car park (which is underneath the hotel and you can see it as you arrive) how to access the hotel - instructions could be provided. We had to wait 10 mins ringing the door bell and finally calling the manager for someone to let us in, the safe did not work in the room, and we were not expecting room 2 to be bunk beds. Also it never got warm downstairs. We would stay again beds were comfy and good and big towels.

One of the noisiest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Bedrooms are on the inside of the building and there is a strange window between the bedroom And the landings, noise vibrates around all night making it nearly impossible to get good sleep. Ski lockers are not ‘proper’ ski lockers as in most ski hotels where you’ll find a boot room type setup. Here they’re random metal lockers located throughout the hotel and in many cases outside other people’s apartment doors, meaning that you constantly get the noise of people clattering ski stuff around outside. The bathroom artwork was also odd and completely inappropriate for a family hotel. ‘Drowning in clunge’ probably isn’t a phrase I thought I’d have to explain to my 7 year old…..

Stayed at inside plaza for 6 nights, we booked a studio room but were given apartment 34 which had a separate sleeping area which was lovely. Comfy beds and nice sitting area and the location was perfect. Short walk in ski boots to both lifts and right in the heart of town. Supplied with cleaning products , soap and shower gel so the only thing we needed were more toilet rolls. We usually stay at the Melia but thought we would try an apartment and please we did. Would highly recommend and would stay again….

Went out of season, so very difficult to give a review of the resort as there was nothing going on. Good location - walkable to ski lifts. Though not ski in, ski out. Very clean. I was a bit worried about access - directions to get in weren't brilliantly clear - more communication prior to arrival would be beneficial. Very steep spiral staircase so not at all suitable for people with mobility issues or children. But absolutely brilliant for a group of youngsters. It was very windy and the window squeaking kept me awake all night, as did the chairs moving around on the balcony. Take earplugs - the bar right outside looked fun!

Bel endroit! Petite surface bien exploitée. On voudra y revenir durant la saison de ski.

Leilighetene er fine, veldig praktiske med to bad og tre soverom.

Vi blev uppgraderade till ett väldigt trevligt rum med utsikt och separat sovrum av de supertrevliga personerna i receptionen. Rummet var dock extremt lyhört och värst av allt var när rummer ovanpå spolade i toaletten lät det varje gång som en explosion i vårt sovrum, förstörde nattsömnen.

The apartment was nicely located with a view towards the mountains. If anything: 1. We had a duplex apartment, where the stairs were extremely narrow and hence the luggage was a little bit tricky to carry up and down. 2. Number of power outlets were too few in the bedrooms (considering number of devices each person bring today). Regarding the village, I was surprised that no bakery opened up before 9 am, so plan your breakfast ahead and don´t expect fresh bread (unless you bake it yourself).

Trato excelente por parte de Belén. Nos encantó la habitación con vistas a la montaña. Gracias por el servicio de ayuda de Marvin con el equipaje de esquí. Muy recomendable y agradable.
