Staff was really nice and helpful. The water had a strange smell and taste, I don't know where they got it from. Otherwise I enjoyed my stay

Great accommodation! Stayed here for 3 nights. Staff are nice and friendly. The room is clean and maintained everyday. Toiletries are also provided on a daily basis as part of their housekeeping service. The only downside is that The pool located in the main building is not as big as it is in their web page. Totally fine for me because I am not into swimming pools, though😅. The hotel is around 7-10 mins walk from Alona beach, which again is no problem for me because it gives you the feeling of being one of the locals as you pass by the road going to the beach. It also kinda gives you the privacy because of its distance from the tourist attraction itself. Less noise and less people that is what I mean. Meals are quite pricey for a backpacker like me, though. But, there are nearby foodstores with cheaper price and wider food selection nearby the streets if you are on a budget.

Hotel was pretty nice and close to the beach, bar and restaurant. Stuff is excellent.

No shuttle service to pick up and drop off to airport. No room service

Hotel is perfect for the beach goers (10 minutes walk of Alona Beach) and good locations for the restaurants nearby.

we had a good stay at this hotel. everything was good except for the AC in our room,we are a group of 5, our AC was too small to accommodate our needs. kindly fix it (Room No. 35 main building). and the fruit shake that we ordered (sobrang tagal ng serving and parang juice nalang siya pag inum namin di na siya shake). nonetheless, I'll still recommend panglao regent when staying at Alona panglao 😊

I can say that most of the staff in the hotel are nice, the room is not. We were initially provided a room that had a broken door panel, the wall was so ugly and looked so used and the tv wasn’t working we requested a different room and on the last day at around 8am the lights and tv were no longer turning on when their check out time is at 11am. I have nothing bad to say about the staff however they need to improve on the quality of their rooms and hopefully next time they would inform the guests beforehand that in house guests would have to pay for use of gym facilities. There was also one time when they cleaned the room (it was always done when we weren’t there) they left the sliding window unlocked and when we came, our key card wouldn’t open the door and we were advised that they put a code.

The staff are friendly and accomodating. The service is good. The problem is the aircondition unit. The room is not getting colder as expected. Room W22 west wing of the hotel. We need to borrow stand fan to enhance the room temperature.

Our experience was good. Not awesome nor bad. The staff were courteous and assisted as well. The pool was closed at that tine and the gym has an additional 100pesos fee for in house guest. Our room (single bed west wing) is a little dilapidated but comfy. The air conditioner is battered but working good. The mini refrigerator has a little tint of odor. Alona Beach can be reached by walking for 15mins from the hotel.

Room Aircon was defective. Reported it twice but the security guard, which was also acting as the maintenance guy was unable to fix the aircon unit. We settled asking for a stand fan as the management cannot transfer us to other rooms as they are fully booked. We never got any apologies nor efforts to make up for the inconvenience we had for the night.

Very spacious and comfy room. Amenities were good. Exception to the bath towel which is not soft, not good for use.

They cleaned the room daily. It would've been good if the pool in the west wing was attended to. The lifeguard isn't always visible in the main pool either.

We had a nice stay in the hotel. The staff cleaned our room everyday, which was really great since we had a toddler with us. We stayed in the west wing and it might have been great to be able to use the swimming pool there. The lifeguard in the swimming pools were not visible.

The place is nice, clean and very spacious. The facilities are new and well-managed. My only complain is there's no shower caddy or any organizer inside the shower room so you would need to open the door from time to time to get the soap, shampoo etc. while taking a bath. There's also no bidet. Food is great. The staffs are friendly. Location is good-About 5 to 10 mins walk away to/from the beach. And the best thing that I like is it's affordable. Wala nga lang free breakfast. lol Overall, the experience was amazing and I would definitely recommend.

The room was clean and spacious. A lot of amenities. It was just around 5 minute walk to the beach. A good place to relax. I would definitely recommend it.

It serves the purpose why I stayed on This hotel. I am attending a 3-day training in another resort and was looking for cheaper alternative. If you are looking for a neat and reasonably priced hotel, I recommend to give it a try.
