到着した最初の日、部屋は数週間掃除されていないようで、助けを求めたところ、3日経ってからでないと掃除できないと言われました。はい、3日ごとに掃除するのは理解できましたが (そもそもそんなことはなかったのですが)、それは、部屋が私たちに引き渡されたときに清潔だったという注記があるはずですよね? かなり言い争った後、彼らは私たちの部屋を掃除機で掃除してくれました。毎日清潔なタオルがもらえます。ベッドシーツは清潔そうには見えませんでした。でも、立地は素晴らしく、とても戦略的です。路面電車やサザンクロス駅に近いです。

The room is well equipped as per description. However they do not clean up the room everyday, which I supposed what a serviced apt is. They changed the towels and take out the trash for us only. The room is near a free tram (near the aquarium) but a lil far from the metro (southern cross). I cooked a lot of meals and it is very cost saving haha.

Strategic location. Close to tram station. Good restaurants nearby. Friendly staffs.

Super duper love this apartment! It's very beautiful, spacious nice beds complete kitchen appliances and nice view! Near to everything! I am definitely taking my family friends next time wel be in melbourne! Best best place!
