Clean and comfortable hotel. I will stay again for my next visit to Strasbourg.

従業員 朝食の際、ゆで卵を作る機械があり外国製で不慣れで悩んでいたところ、かわいい親切な女性スタッフがその機械でゆで卵を作ってくれました。２日目も同じ女性スタッフが、私の顔を覚えていたらしく、自ら今日はゆで卵を食べますか？と質問をしてきましたので、「はい」と答えると再びゆで卵を作ってくれました。とても気遣いができるかわいいスタッフでした。 設備 デザインにこだわりがあるようで、確かにファッショナブルでした。但し、改善点とすれば、部屋にティッシュペーパーが置いていなかったため、自ら日本からもってきたポケットティッシュを利用することになりました。 清潔感 建物や内装は新しく清潔感は問題ありませんでした。 客室の快適度 １月に宿泊のため、部屋の中はかなり乾燥していました。日本では最近はビジネスホテルレベルでも加湿空気清浄機を設置しているホテルがかなり増えていますが、ヨーロッパでは、このあたりは、やむを得ず許容範囲内であると思います。（宿泊客は乾燥対策の保湿剤を持参をお勧めします。） ロケーション 街の中心部のCathedraleまで、徒歩８分ほど、Petite Franceまで15分ほどで、大きなショッピングセンターまで5分ほどで、小さな街ですが利便性は問題ないと思います。

お洒落なデザイナーズホテル。 新しく、水回りを含めお部屋の設備の状態は非常に良好、エレベーター等の共同設備もとても綺麗に保たれています。 お部屋にはNespressoマシーンも備えられており、必要であればフロントの方に言うと追加のコーヒーも頂けます。 Strasbourgの街中心部から少し離れており、ホテル周辺にレストランやスーパーが少ないのが若干の難点ですが、ノートルダム大聖堂まで徒歩15分弱、同程度の距離に大きなショッピングモール（中にスーパーやパン屋、ファーストフード等が入っている）もありますので、不便という程ではありません。 アルザス観光にとてもお勧めです。

Superb hotel really convenient for all Strasbourg has to offer. Really helpful staff especially Thomas behind reception. Room really nice and breakfast had lots of choice. The only negative is not having tea and coffee making facilities in the room which I would expect from this type of establishment,but this would not stop me staying again

Très bel établissement. Les chambres sont spacieuses et la décoration est soignée. Le personnel, notamment à l'accueil, est au petit soin. Un des meilleurs rapports qualité/prix sur Strasbourg.

Hotel ben posizionato, in circa 10 min a piedi si raggiunge la cattedrale. Tutto molto nuovo. Personale gentilissimo e disponibile. Camera di design per i miei gusti fin troppo perche va a scapito della comodita di utilizzo. Parere mio ripeto, sicuramente la camera è molto curata. Colazione ottima in stanza piccola. Comodo il garage a pagamento.

Great hotel from the staff to the room to the area. Would definitely stay again if in strasbourg

Good location, but lots of things were not working properly in our suite. However, they tried to repair them but in the end they didnt work.

My bad for not purchasing the parking before I got there. The address from the web site to the property did not work because of the one way streets but we got there. The staff was great. Breakfast was good and it was such a great location to walk to all the things we wanted to see.

Hôtel parfait en tout point

Très bon établissement, le personnel est très sympathique. En revanche, les seuls points négatifs sont le parking et le fait que les chambres ne soit pas super bien isolées (on entends beaucoup les portes claquer et les gens parler ou marcher dans le couloir) En dehors de ça c’est un très bon hôtel !

Hotel super bem localizado e impecável. Aparentemente renovado, com cama confortável, chuveiro excelente. Atendimento muito bom.
