ホテルに到着して電話をかけたら「あなたのホテルは違う」と別のホテルを案内された。事前に全く連絡無かったのはマイナス。 ただ案内されたホテルは清潔感あり広々としていて過ごし易かったので良かった。 5人家族で泊まれるホテルが少ないので、ここはお勧めです。

アパートメントなのでフロントはないため、ホテルを予約後、ホテル側からメールが送られてくるのだが、わけのわかりにくいアドレスなので気をつけていないと受信しても見損なってしまう。そうすれば、チェックインのためキーボックスを開ける番号がわからないので、現地で電話しなければならない。ただし、予約確認書の電話はオフィスの電話なのでオフィスがしまっていれば、連絡付かず。携帯に転送されるが、今回はうっかりされず、さんざん。場所も西駅の近くに見えるが、実際は地下鉄で、１～２駅のところ、あたりは閑散と寂しく少し物騒でもある。今回は急きょウィーンに泊まる回数が増え、あらかじめ取っていたホテルは満室のため仕方なく西駅の近くを個人的にはもっと便利で明るい場所に滞在したほうがいいと思います。

Supper Lage. In der Nacht Ruhe und immer genügend Parkplätze vorhanden. Sehr angenehmes Zimmer und die Betten waren der Hammer! Kochnische ist ok jedoch war der Wasserhahn locker und fiel fast wegg. Unter den Betten sollte hin und da auch geputzt werden. Aber völlig ok und wir bereuen kein Cent. Sehr empfehlenswert für unkomplizierte Menschen. Danke

The apartment is a 35/45 min walk to the main tourist areas. It is hard to catch a cab so you will be walking at least 15/20 for that. The place was very small and tight and the shower was in poor condition. Our toilet ran for the three days we were there (wasn’t clogged just wouldn’t flush & kept rubbing water). There was no soap for hand washing provided. The elevator in the building didn’t work so you have to drag your heavy luggage up a tight, spiral staircase. Avoid this place. This was not worth the money at all.

Rezerwacji dokonalem poznym wieczorem w dzien przyjazdu, dopiero na potwierdzeniu zawarta byla wiadomosc ze miejsce to, nie posiada recepcji i kontaktowac sie trzeba 48 h przed przybyciem. Jakim wiec cudem moglem dokonac rezerwacji? Kontakt z BOK hotels.com jak dotad sie nie udal, nigdy nie doczekalem zywego konsultanta, kontakt z obiektem takze nieudany. NIE POLECAM ani hotels.com ani tego obiektu.

Alles in einem würde ich das Apartment niemanden empfehlen. Lieber ein bisschen mehr Geld investieren und anständig entspannen.

Mit dem Anbieter gab es mehrere probleme. Wir würden bei der Anreise vergessen. Uns würden zwei Anschriften angegeben, sodass wir bis in die späte Nacht das richtige Appartment suchen mussten. Der Anbieter wollte nochmals die ReinigungsReinigungsgebühr einhalten die wir bereits im Gesamtpreis überwiesen hatten. Als er am Abreisetag wie besprochen nicht gekommen ist. Erfuhren wir bei einem Telefonat das wir ja doch überwiesen haben.. wieder hätte er vergessen uns dies mitzuteilen.

Struttura gestita da personale poco professionale. Mandano informazioni su come entrare pochi minuti prima dell'arrivo, il condominio in cui sono gli appartamenti e' maleodorante, la porta di ingresso all' appartamento e' una porta a vetri che non suggerisce la sicurezza che il quartiere sembra richiedere; chiedono 30 euro per la pulizia ma le camere sono sporche. Nonostante i numerosi solleciti non mi hanno rilasciato la ricevuta.

Netter Service, hat alles reibungslos funktioniert, haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Bad points: - Very hard to know where is the emplacement. - The door was Very difficult to unlock. - No hot water and we did not have heating... Or maybe we just needed the instructions. - no elevator... - the neighbours were very noisy. - the toilet was very noisy ... I think it tries to eat us when we flush! - the second bed was a sofa, not a bed! - the emplacement was weird. - You need to confirm 48h before, but it didn't write anywhere... - the oven wasn't work. - the kitchen was not clean. - no personal was at the initial adress. So I called the place to know about the instructions and I need to go at an other adress who was far... Good points: - apartment was good looking. - Laundry machine was available. So, I don't recommend this place! I went in many apartments / hotels and this one was the worst of them because it was a cold place and they didn't have good indications. It was expensive and I don't have a good place. It was not a 3.5/5, but a 2/5.

When we got to the address that was office and no one there had to call and then the staff was very nice , he met us there and brought us to the location of the apartment and we loved it. It was very easy to use, clean and we had plenty of towels and bedding. The only thing is if they had soap and shampoo at least for the 1st night it would be helpful being everything closes at 8pm in Vienna.

This apartment is a scam, I dont know why hotels.com has it on its website. U cant enter this property ... the sales manages is unreachable on email, phone and the hotel website does not work. I have complained against this apartment to Hotels.com. Let me see what action is taken.

Appartement liegt in einem normalen Wohnhaus im 15. Bezirk, Schlüsselübergabe erfolgt über einen Safe. Ausstattung war nur teilweise OK. Kein Fernsehempfang. Kein Geschirrhandtuch oder Spülmittel. Nachttisch war defekt, ebenso Toilettenbrille und teilweise Licht im Bad. Gute Nähe zur U-Bahn. kostenloses WLAN. Appartement war sonst sauber und erfüllte seinen Zweck, mehr aber auch nicht.

Once you contacted the hotel, you'll receive a code. Again, you'll need this to open a small box next to the door, in which you'll find the house keys. In case you are travelling by car and you intend to park in front of the appartment - we'd recommend you to leave your car in a parking house because 1) you need to pay for a parking ticket but it's difficult to find out WHERE to buy it 2) we had an unpleasent experience with someone who tried to break into our car (because our car number plate was clearly not Austrian - all other cars around us were left untouched).

Wir sind zwar aus verschiedenen Gründen in diesem Hotel gelandet. Abgesehen davon, dass im Bad Haare usw vom Vorgänger waren, die Armaturen lose, das Bett sehr hart und vor allem gab es keine Vorhänge um anzudunkeln geschweige denn Rollläden oder dergleichen. Lage ist ok man kann kostenfrei parken. aber für 89,- Euro finde ich es nicht angemessen.

Ich weis gar nicht recht wo ich anfangen soll. Das wohl GRÖßTE Problem ist das, dass man mit niemanden von den Apartments in Kontakt treten konnte, die angegeben Telefonnumer existierte nicht, es gab nicht mal eine E-mail Adresse. Ich habe dann natürlich EXPEDIA kontaktiert, wo man mir als Antwort nur frech hinwarf dass ich doch mal google benutzen solle und ob ich nicht fähig wäre Zahlen ins Handy einzutippen. Erst nach langem rechachieren im Internet konnte man eine Handynummer ausfindig machen, wo sich dann ein Herr mit seinem Nachnamen meldete, sodass man erst nicht wussste wo man überhaupt gelandet ist. Wirklich eine FRECHHEIT! Vor Ort fand man nur einen kleinen Schlüssel Safe neben der Tür, die Kombination für diesen bekam man per SMS zugeschickt. Das Apartment war klein, aber ausreichend, für 1-2 Tage aber geschweige denn 1 WOCHE oder ähnliches. Das Zimmer war ausgestattet mit einer kleinen Kochnische, einer Dusche, einem WC, 4 Betten, einen kleinen Tischchen und einem Fernseher. Zur Sauberkeit: Auf dem Boden fand man Dreck, der Herd war verdreckt, der WC Deckel abgerissen und der Duschvorhang GELB! Die Handbrause der Dusche war außerdem auch verkehrt montiert. In der Kochnische fand man außerdem Dreckigen Herd einen Wasserkocher, Kühlschrank, diverses Geschirr, Kaffeepulver und Untersetzer. Man fand leider kein Geschirrtuch zum Abtrocknen der Sachen! Es war okay. Aber sehr enttäuschend. Für einen Tag hat es gereicht. Aber für 80,- (inkl.Putzgebür) ein reiner Witz!

This apartment is in a sketchy area of town with no staff on site or directions about how to get into the building or your room. MAKE SURE YOU CHECK IN 48 HOURS BEFORE ARRIVAL or you run the risk of not being able to access your room. The room could've been cleaner. I saw some spiders in the corners and the shower was broken. No one told us what time checkout was and we were woken abruptly by a knock on the door and given 35 minute to "get out". We pushed it to an hour and the guy was a TOTAL jerk. I could tell you all the awful details, but just don't stay here. Save yourself the money, time, and your safety and stay somewhere better.
