All staff are polite and nice.

I would highly recommend it to everyone. Especially those who need to be in Philippine Heart Center.

All staffs are great.. just feel at home.. very accessible to all stuffs. Like restaurants, convenience stores, fast food, drug stores, hospitals, diagnostic centers etc.. it is just that the parking slots are limited.. but over all it's good

Location is great. Lots of nearby restaurants. Near banks 711 fast food. Also near hospitals and diagnostic center and city hall. Room is ok for its price. Picture is different from the real deal 😂 so don’t expect much. We were checked in to a room which I did not liked due to it is dark and I feel claustrophobic, the tv is damaged due to a broken LCD. So I requested to be transferred bec as you know anytime that tv can go anytime & I don’t want to be blamed. Receptionist is always smiling and do great guests. She also called for someone to help with the bags. But during my online reservation I added a special request that was not read by the management. So none of my request was mentioned or discussed to me when I checked in. It's a good thing when they transferred me to a different room? It is much bigger & better as the 1st one. There is a window and tv has no damaged. Its not that dark anymore. WiFi pretty much fast (Maybe there was not much people checked in that time) Aircon is window type but it is cold Hot water ok Bed for me is hard. I have a lumbar problem. Refrigerator is old but working Kettle mugs glass free sachets coffee tea sugar creamer No comforter nor blanket. Just linen and 2 pillows Body and hand towels smells like bleach and some is not color white anymore. Maybe old? There are small cockroaches in the bathroom maybe they came from the shower drainage. Saw like 3 only. Furnitures and doors are old But room is well kept and clean. Free water on the hallway (dispenser).. There is really like a lot to improve. But for me you get what you pay for I really do not expect much with the price I paid. Its like 1.5k per day. No breakfast. Stayed for 2 days. For its location? Room size. Its ok for me. But overall if they can bring down the price a little bit more? Much better. I will surely stay again here as my alternative to the other hotel I do usually stay. Not for people who is maarte itong place 😂

The staff are accommodating And friendly. We stayed there for 5days for my baby's check up at PHC. It's a cheap yet decent hotel. Will definitely stay again

Breakfast is great for the price. Location is best, there are couple of restos and stores around. Easy access to NKTI, Heart Center and Lung center for those who are here for check-up

The hotel's location is very strategic, so it's a great place to stay when you're doing business in any of the nearby government offices. It's also only one street over from the Philippine Heart Center. If you are needing to care for a relative who is admitted to that hospital, this hotel is a good choice if you need a place to stay nearby. The facilities are not new but they are clean and well-maintained. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The breakfast choices are ok, too.

I must say Fersal’s toothbrush is awesome. Soft and easy on the gums. The staff paid attention to our needs very well.

The check-in process was fairly quick and the staff were always helpful, and the food tasted good and was enough to fill hungry guests' stomach. One thing I did find unpleasant were the bedding. For some reason, my cotton bed sheets appeared clean but trust me I was itching all over when I woke up from my nap that afternoon. I was so tired from my long trip and was looking forward to a good night's rest but was unable to do so because i kept waking up in the middle of the night to scratch. I even had a hot shower prior to lying down so I believe it couldn't have been "me". Overall, 3/5.

This branch has more spacious rooms compared to other branches. Kudos to the staff great service.
