かなり高額なホテルで、サービスは良かったが部屋に冷蔵庫がない！冷蔵庫風なものに「これはCoolerBoxで、冷蔵庫ではありません」と記載があった。冷えない。インドは暑いので、冷やした飲料が飲みたかったのに残念。

ホテルに入る都度セキュリティチェックを受けるので面倒な分、安心して宿泊できます。 施設内は常に清掃されていて清潔です。 朝食の利用だけでしたが、とても美味しかったです！！！

出張の前泊として、1泊だけしました。 もっと滞在したかったと思うホテルです。 ウェルカムギフトとして、ショールをいただきました。 部屋も綺麗で、食事も美味しかったです。

インドのホテルにしては清潔でスタッフの応対もよく、プロモーション価格ではあるが4500INRとは思えない内容だった。 ただ、Wi-Fiは有料（600INR）と、スリッパやバスローブが置かれてなかったのは残念。 インドらしからず、ハウスキーピングに電話したら１分以内に持ってきてくれたのには驚いた。

築1年強のホテルで、モダンかつ明るい雰囲気で滞在は快適だった。ただし、いくつか改善してほしい点もある。 1．　タオル 4泊したが置かれているタオルの枚数が一定しない。初日：フェイスタオル1・バスタオル1、2日目：フェイスタオル1・バスタオル2、3日目：フェイスタオル1・バスタオル2、4日目：フェイスタオル無・バスタオル2、という状況であり、特に4日目でフェイスタオルが置かれていなかったことには閉口した。 2．　Wifi 24時間600ルピーとのこと、持参したWifiルーターを使用したためホテルのWifiは使用しなかったが、バンガロールの一定以上のホテルでは無料であることが多く、24時間600ルピーは割高感がある。 3．　朝食メニュー インド料理＋コンチネンタルという感じで、日本からの宿泊客は食事の選択肢が限られている。

This hotel is definitely not a 5 star hotel. Maybe 4 star at best. Don't be misled by their advertising. It has subpar amenities, zero luxury, and extremely poor service. It was absolutely absurd how terrible and unprofessional the management is and the service is excruciatingly slow despite having 10 staff members standing around doing nothing all day. Despite prepaying for a room months prior to my visit they claimed it wasn't available upon my arrival. Unacceptable. The management response was, tough luck, we gave your room to someone else, here's an inferior room. In addition to the room scam they are pulling, there are: -Flies everywhere in the dining area. -Cleaning staff who will disturb you in your room to ask you to give them a good review. -Management who lies to you and offers you complimentary services only to try to rip you off and make you pay for them upon checkout. -Extremely slow service. Expedia should not allow them to claim 5 stars on its website. This is disingenuous. If you stay at a 5 star hotel you have a baseline of standards and expectations and this place is not comparable to some of the genuine 5 star hotel offerings from brands like Lotte, Hilton, Accor. You will be extremely disappointed in your stay here and regret wasting your money.

Good Stay a little dated but everything in functional nothing extravagant for the price just a good hotel to stay at, dont expect holiday style vibes,more a business oriented hotel.

Great stay. Clean. Food is acceptably good. There is no executive lounge where you could get beverages/snacks/privacy from the general lobby area. Executive floor only means that you need a keycard to access elevator to your room floor.
