旧市街で便利、気に入って何度も泊まっています。

おしゃれできれいな施設

カテドラルのすぐ近くです。旧市街にあり、おいしいレストランも2～3分です。部屋は高級感はありません。ごく普通のオスタルという感じです。お勧めしますが、そのときの値段次第です。

旧市街にある立地抜群のホテルです。飛行機のスケジュールが変更になり、到着が夜12時を過ぎてしまいましたが、予めメールで連絡を取り、ビル入り口の暗証番号や部屋番号を知ることが出来ました。ただ、最終的な部屋番号のメールを受け取ったのが当日で、経由地のミュンヘンだったので、ハラハラしましたが、無事に部屋に入ることが出来ました。その後のスタッフの対応は非常に親切でフレンドリーで快適に過ごせました。シャワーのみの部屋でしたが、共有のバスルームがあり、バスタブもありましたので、良かったです。ラウンジには、冷蔵庫、電子レンジ、コーヒーの自販機もありました。また、ビルバオに行くときは泊まりたいと思います。

到着日に利用しました。シンプルなホテルですが場所は旧市街地の中にありバル巡りには最高でした。エレベーターもありスーツケースをもってもの宿泊も楽にできました。

レンタカーでの宿泊は、パーキングが少し分かり難いが、 その他の点では素晴らしい。

スタッフが優しくて部屋も広くて綺麗だった

旧市街のバルに囲まれている割には夜も静かでした。

部屋が空いていないのか系列のホテルに移動させられ、エスカレーターは無い、バスルームは部屋の外、目の前の道には夜若者が道に座り込んでいて環境が悪い。 教会が部屋から見えると思って選んだのに残念です。

古い建物ですが、リノベーションしてあり、快適でした。 エアコンは、ありませんでしたが、8月でも夜は涼しいので大丈夫だと思います。ちょうどお祭りで、夜には共用エリアのバルコニーから、花火が見えました！ ただお祭りなので、朝まで外は騒がしかったです。窓を閉めればそんなに気にならないかな。でも少し暑い(^_^;) フロントの方はフレンドリーで親切でした。

Location can not be any better. The place is safe and clean. Only thing is you hear a lot of sound from other people walking in the hallway, I was lucky that my room neighbors weren’t loud people but if you are sensitive to sound than you might wanna reconsider

Excellent location in Bilbao old towns , located around the corner from pintxo bars and restaurants. Can be tricky to get to from airport due to hotel's location a short walk from roads. Interior rooms are very quiet but with little air flow . No air con A/C but there's a fan in the room . Communal kitchen has a refrigerator. Location is about 25 minute scenic and peaceful walk along the river to the Guggenheim

This is probably the worst hotel I've ever stayed. Check in was delayed for over 1h30m, just because the room was not cleaned as it should've to allow check-in at 2pm. So lack of lroper planning here. The room itself was isolated from the noise outside but you could hear everything inside, no sound proof whatsoever. Every single floorboard in the floor was loose and the screaky noise was too much. To go to the bathroom (which was properly cleaned every day) there is a high step as somehow the floor was raised, making it an accident in waiting. At check out we asked if we could leave our backpacks and the receptionist told us to use the paid lockers. This is outrageous as never been asked this in any other hotel in the world.! And the minimum they could've done after such a late check in. And by the way not mentioned in any hotel description but this hotel is on the 3rd floor of a building, though it does have a modern lift.

Ein tolles Hotel, nettes Personal, sehr gute Lage, ABER: Hier sollte dringend etwas mit den Türen gemacht werden. An allen vier Seiten große Spalte, sodass - sobald im Flur das Licht angeht - das Zimmer wirklich hell ist. Dazu kommt, dass man dadurch jedes Geräusch vom Flur hört (vor allem den knarzenden Boden und das Laute Schließen der Türen - knallt richtig). Diese - leicht zu lösende - Probleme überwunden, wäre es rundum perfekt!

Excelente ubicación

Great location, although a little difficult to locate first time as it is on the third floor of an office block ! Rooms adequate with no frills not even a kettle ! But great spot for getting around Bilboa. Located in the Old Town. Close to Metro and Tram stops.
