無料で部屋をグレードアップしていただき、かなり広いお部屋でした！一泊だったのがもったいなかったです。泊まった部屋には空調設備が無かったですが、暖かかったので問題なかったです。ミニバーは無料で、ビール2本、コーラ2本、チョコ二つついてました。どれも美味しかったです。シャワーの出も問題無く流れもよかったです。

ルツェルンの高台にあるシャトーホテル。10年前にルツェルンに来た時から興味を持っていたが、その時はクローズしていた。リノベーションで営業再開していたので予約した。 部屋の快適度と朝食には満足したが4つ星とはほど遠くガッカリの滞在であった。 最大の問題点はチェックインとチェックアウト時の対応。1名のスタッフだけで対応するためやたらと待ち時間が長い。特にチェックアウト時は悪夢だった。中国人の団体客と重なって待ち時間がとても長い上に女性のスタッフは待たせていることに全く頓着せず事務的に対応するだけ。客に対するホスピタリティが感じられない。 また、観光拠点から離れているためホテルと観光スポットの行き来はかなり不便。眺めが良いのは魅力だが、この宿泊代を払うならもう少し奮発して湖畔沿いの高級ホテルに泊まるべきだったと強く後悔した。 外観はシャトーさながらだが、パブリックスペースはスタイリッシュな内装の割にリノベーションした感じが残っており少し中途半端な雰囲気。 朝食会場は中国人で溢れかえっていてルツェルンに来たのにそれらしさを感じさせなかった。ルツェルンの優雅でクラッシックな雰囲気を楽しむためには湖畔沿いの高級ホテルをおススメする。

シャトーホテルであること、口コミ情報がよいことから、良い印象がありました。スタッフの方もフレンドリーで、エントランスホールもラグジュアリー感があり、このホテルでよかったと思いました。部屋に入ると狭く感じました。バスルームには、シャワーのみで、スペシャルダブルルームというよりは、シングルルームのように感じました。バスタブ・バスローブもありませんでした。ウエディングのため、部屋がいっぱいとのことで、部屋を変えてもらえず残念でした。夕食はパーティー専用で、食べれず街までタクシー25フラン往復それぞれにかかりました。パーティーは、深夜2時まで騒音が続き、3時ごろドアの音で、子どもが起きました。朝食は、普通でしたが、エビ・サーモンなどは、ありませんでした。オレンジジュースが搾りたてのためかおいしかったです。ショコラのサービスがなく、声もかけられませんでした。期待だけに、さみしい感じがしました。娘は、「私たちは忘れられているの。」と話していました。残念な思いをさせ、親として申し訳なく思いました。二度と泊らないと思います。

Clean beautiful rooms. Extremely helpful concierge and staff. Beautiful views and cool bar/restaurant

It was beautiful hotel. It does not have AC so got really hot in room. They provided a fan. We tried the restaurant it was good. Service is not the best but views are amazing. I loved it, it’s away from the noise but area is not as nice on the other side of the hotel.

The property is beautiful and it is fun to ride the funicular up and down to get there. The hotel is close to everything so it is a great location. Our issue was with the room. I know it’s an old building and perhaps little can be done, but our tiny room consisted of a bed up a rickety, noisy stair case and a bathroom which was literally the entryway of our room on the first level. All of that could work if the other space had a nice cozy feel but there were only two chairs in our room, like dining room chairs, so no comfortable place to rest after a long day out walking. And the chairs were separated, one upstairs and one down so you can’t sit with your spouse. For the most expensive place we stayed in for our weeks in Europe, it was a disappointment.

Beautiful location and very helpful staff!

Best views of Lucerne from the hotel. Centrally located within walking distance to most of city center attractions, restaurants and shopping. Funicular on the premises made it even more convenient to access the city. Prefect place to view and enjoy Lake Luzern.

Nice experience, beautiful hotel with amazing views of the city. An elegant castle with great facilities and the personnel are 150% committed with the guests!!

Original room provided was below expectations but we were then moved to an acceptable room. Very disappointed that for a four night stay a bottle of water was only provided on first day! For the amount we were paying it isn't much to expect.

O quarto era tão pequeno que parecia Ibis, isso que paguei por quarto superior, foi somente a vista! Deveriam avisar q tamanho não cabia nem uma mala do lado da cama! Demais amenidades e café muito bom! Atendimento também!
