無料で部屋をグレードアップしていただき、かなり広いお部屋でした！一泊だったのがもったいなかったです。泊まった部屋には空調設備が無かったですが、暖かかったので問題なかったです。ミニバーは無料で、ビール2本、コーラ2本、チョコ二つついてました。どれも美味しかったです。シャワーの出も問題無く流れもよかったです。

ルツェルンの高台にあるシャトーホテル。10年前にルツェルンに来た時から興味を持っていたが、その時はクローズしていた。リノベーションで営業再開していたので予約した。 部屋の快適度と朝食には満足したが4つ星とはほど遠くガッカリの滞在であった。 最大の問題点はチェックインとチェックアウト時の対応。1名のスタッフだけで対応するためやたらと待ち時間が長い。特にチェックアウト時は悪夢だった。中国人の団体客と重なって待ち時間がとても長い上に女性のスタッフは待たせていることに全く頓着せず事務的に対応するだけ。客に対するホスピタリティが感じられない。 また、観光拠点から離れているためホテルと観光スポットの行き来はかなり不便。眺めが良いのは魅力だが、この宿泊代を払うならもう少し奮発して湖畔沿いの高級ホテルに泊まるべきだったと強く後悔した。 外観はシャトーさながらだが、パブリックスペースはスタイリッシュな内装の割にリノベーションした感じが残っており少し中途半端な雰囲気。 朝食会場は中国人で溢れかえっていてルツェルンに来たのにそれらしさを感じさせなかった。ルツェルンの優雅でクラッシックな雰囲気を楽しむためには湖畔沿いの高級ホテルをおススメする。

シャトーホテルであること、口コミ情報がよいことから、良い印象がありました。スタッフの方もフレンドリーで、エントランスホールもラグジュアリー感があり、このホテルでよかったと思いました。部屋に入ると狭く感じました。バスルームには、シャワーのみで、スペシャルダブルルームというよりは、シングルルームのように感じました。バスタブ・バスローブもありませんでした。ウエディングのため、部屋がいっぱいとのことで、部屋を変えてもらえず残念でした。夕食はパーティー専用で、食べれず街までタクシー25フラン往復それぞれにかかりました。パーティーは、深夜2時まで騒音が続き、3時ごろドアの音で、子どもが起きました。朝食は、普通でしたが、エビ・サーモンなどは、ありませんでした。オレンジジュースが搾りたてのためかおいしかったです。ショコラのサービスがなく、声もかけられませんでした。期待だけに、さみしい感じがしました。娘は、「私たちは忘れられているの。」と話していました。残念な思いをさせ、親として申し訳なく思いました。二度と泊らないと思います。

Check in was welcoming and efficient. We even got a glass of prosecco. Had a great meal in the hotel bar. Free mini bar was a great surprise. Awesome view from our balcony. Staff was top notch.

From check in to check out, my stay at Chateau Gutsch was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! I cannot wait to return to this magnificent hotel!!! 🤗❤️

Everything about this hotel is great besides the beds. Mattresses are way too soft and one sinks into them.

Ok for me, we wanted the experience. The restaurant onsite was the highlight for us.

Beautiful property and the staff was unbelievably helpful and gracious. I will never forget the sumptuous breakfast in the dining room overlooking the entire Lucerne valley at sunrise. I will definitely return.

Beautiful hotel on a mountain with the best view in town!

A somewhat quirky hotel that is not your run of the mill location. Popular among Amercans. Major glimmers of 19th century charm away from the bustle of Lucerne, yet very close via the funicular (or mini tram), which is charming and free for guests. A great place for gentle hikes and walking in the woods. Lucern has a clear culture of kindness. Be sure to fit in with the flow and be a gracious traveler!

Staff were wonderful, food was great, rooms are lovely and the outdoor seating was amazing!

The Château itself is very beautiful, as was our room and the views, however, the hotel had an event we were not aware of that had very loud music with a DJ, from around 3 PM till 10 PM right outside our balcony. It was not a relaxing stay due to this. Also, the lounge area, garden area, and some other areas were closed off to the guest of the hotel due to this event. Had we known this, we would not have booked this place as we wanted a relaxing evening. We had dinner in one of the restaurants and were very displeased with the waiter and service, he just brushed us off many times. Also, the menu is very limited and overpriced for what was received. For the price we paid with the inconvenience, I cannot give it a five star review.

We absolutely loved our stay! The rooms were beautifully decorated, the bed was super comfortable, the views were spectacular and the staff was fantastic.
