I spend a third of the year staying at a hotel and I have stayed at this hotel many times, but I have never received disappointing service from my first stay to this stay. They always find the best room for me and my daughter and provide the best services s they are humble! "Everything was perfect in food, room and service. I don't usually write reviews, but this hotel is exception. Outstanding hotel.

噴水は見えましたが１Ｆ（日本の２Ｆ）でした。そのため、道の前から部屋の中が 丸見えです。日本人は、これでいいですかと聞かれてもなかなか「いやだ」と言えず結局ＯＫしてしまいます。また、コスメは私の愛用の物と同じでしたので満足です。

ホテルの人の対応がすばらしい。飛行機のトラブルがありましたが、親切に適切に対応していただきました。

とても綺麗でスタッフの方も親切な素敵なホテルでした。ただ3日目にお部屋のエアコンが故障し物凄く寒かったです。夜中にお部屋を替えてくれると親切に言っていただきましたが移動も面倒でそのままその部屋にいました。従業員の対応もとても素晴らしかったですが、本当に寒かったです。

レマン湖のほとりほとりに立地する高級ホテル。並びにフォーシーズンズやリッツ・カールトンもある。従業員の対応が素晴らしい。また、鉄道のジュネーヴ駅まで歩いて10分ほどの至近距離。 欲を言えば、部屋がもう少し広いとさらに良いのだが・・。もう一度是非泊まりたいホテル。

湖側の部屋を予約したのですが、噴水も見えて、とても良かったです。 朝ごはんも、大きなダイニングではありませんが、料理のクオリティはとても高いレベルでした。 とても良かったです。

格式の高いホテルが備えるべきものを取り揃えてあります。 快適かつ、ゴージャスな雰囲気で、落ち着いた滞在が可能です。 スタッフの方々は、とても礼儀正しく親切でした。 窓からは、湖と白い山々がのぞめました。 飲物、フルーツ、チョコなどのサービスも嬉しいものでした。

全てのサービスは完璧でした。スタッフのホスピタリティ、周辺環境、行き届いたきめ細やかなサービス、海外ステイでは珍しいくらいのベストサービスで大満足です。

Hotel D'Anglaterre is an excellent boutique, especially its Leopard Club is a must see. The staff were very kind and helpful. Spectacular view of the Water Jet and the Lake as soon as you step out. Cozy and valuable. Thank you Hotel D'Anlaterre.

Hotel d’Angleterre offers a stunning lake view and top-tier service, but the experience falls short of its 5-star designation and $1,000+ nightly price tag. It feels like a property resting on its reputation rather than modern quality. The Room & Amenities The hotel is visibly aging and needs an update. While rooms are spacious, the details are disappointing: sparse, unstable outlets in awkward spots and an old bathtub that is difficult to access. There are almost no amenities—not even a coffee maker. Most egregious is the "essentials" menu; charging 9 CHF for shaving cream or 12 CHF for a nail clipper in a $1k/night hotel feels like nickel-and-diming rather than luxury service. Comfort & Facilities Climate control was a major issue. With the AC seemingly off, we had to open windows, leaving us to choose between an uncomfortably hot room or loud street noise. Additionally, there is no on-site gym, which is a standard expectation at this level. Dining & Location Breakfast was unimpressive for the cost. However, the basement cocktail bar is excellent (though pricey). While the lakefront location provides beautiful views, this side of the lake is quiet; expect a 25-minute walk to reach the city's main activity on the other side. Final Verdict If you prioritize a classic view and traditional service, you may be satisfied. However, given the lack of modern comforts and the extra charges for basics, it’s hard to recommend over more updated luxury options in Geneva.

All staff were amazing, VIP status recognised and spacious room

Staying in Geneva ahead of a longish ski trip into nearby France, we kicked off at D'Angleterre, where the staff there helped with an abundance of luggage and ski equipment. They were helpful with suggestions of where to go nearby and other needs that arose.
