歯磨きセットがあるとうれしい。

中心部にあって観光、買い物に便利、またバスターミナル行きのバス停に近い。 入り口からは想像もできないくらい敷地が広い。コーヒーメーカーあり(no tea)。バスタブもあり。 部屋の照明の暗さが唯一の課題。

Me agradó, es una casona muy impresionante que adaptaron para ser hotel. Las habitaciones están bien, aunque el extractor del baño hace mucho ruido supongo yo que es porque ya tiene sus años, además de eso si vas por trabajo y requieres trabajar en tu habitación probablemente tengas problemas con la conexión de internet, en momentos funcionaba bien y en momentos iba muy lenta, fuera de eso, disfrutamos nuestra estancia

Habitación limpia personal amable

They walked me to my room assuring me it was ready. As soon as we walk in, you can tell it hasn't been cleaned at all. Manager apologized so many times. Said they'd have it cleaned right away. This was already 5pm. Waited 45 minutes to finally have the lady come to clean. Bed sheets were on the floor. Spilled coffee on window sills. Bathroom was not clean. I had high hopes for this place but they totally let me down. Management was nice but no customer service skills. They didn't come to check or give any updates on the cleaning person. They owned up to their mistake but made zero effort to make sure it was done quickly. They just sat in the reception without a care. As a business owner i am always looking on how i was treated. Management needs proper training.

Personal muy amable y te hacen sentir muy bien recibidos, el mantenimiento general muy malo, se ve mal y sucio en pasillos y escaleras. La habitación limpia pero con el baño con malos olores y con falta de mantenimiento. Es una lástima es una construcción antigua que podría estar mejor

Como siempre excelente servicio de todo el personal.

Room was ok, the carpet in the room was smelly and water from the shower smells as well. Staff was friendly except for the front desk (not rude but not friendly neater), the menu in the restaurant is what would you expect for any hotel.

Sobre el personal solo tengo señalamiento con la señora rubia de recepción, mal encarada, enojada y con poca disposición a resolver dudas. Deberian considerar quitarla de ese puesto ya que deja mala impresión. De ahí en más, todo el hotel en instalaciones y personal excelente.
