レンタカーがあればとても便利でかつ利用する価値があると思います。

落ち着いた雰囲気のホテルだった

シャワーは想像を絶するような水圧の弱さでした。

たたずまいはとても素敵なお屋敷風のホテルです、が中に入ると冬のシーズンでしたが室内はとても寒いですし、部屋のヒーターをつけても温度があんまりあがりません、、、 我々が予約した時点でツーベッドのはすが、行ってみると一つは使えるがもう一つは１日$25払えと言われました、多言語と書いてありますが英語と中国語のようで日本語は通じません。マネージャーの方も0900-1700までしかいないので何かあってもその時間以外は対応してくれませんでした。 デラックススイートにとまりましたが、室内はただ広いだけの作りでお風呂はシャワーのみでした、写真にはそんな風に掲載されてませんが実際はバスタブがある部屋は２つのみのようです。すごくがっかりしました。 毎日ベッドメイキングはされますがコップ等が毎日かえられていない、シーツ等はそのままで使い回されてますので気にされる方は行かないほうがいいかもしれません、、、 なので値段の割にシティから離れているのであまりお勧めはしません。

１つ１つの部屋が世界の都市をモチーフにしており、部屋によって雰囲気が違って面白かった。 エコホテルに認定されているようで、暖房器具がなく、寒かった。

ラグジュアリーなB&Bのような静かで隠れ家的なホテル。近隣には大きなお店はなく、駅からも近くはないため、子供連れには不向きかもしれませんが、ひっそりと穏やかに自分のペースで滞在したい人には最適だと思います。

Clean room and nice location. Lower end of boutique, not as nice as it looked in photos but it was all good for a solo trip, I’d book something else if I was going with friends or a partner.

this property was some what misleading in its photos, showing a lovely old home with very nice rooms and where you actually stay ...next door in hollow stone block building, no sure wont ho back

I stayed in the budget room with a shared bathroom and found this good value for money. I appreciated the place being so clean and enjoyed the crisp quality linen.

Nice rooms - kind of colonial era style. I imagine it may get cold in the winter but I had no issues with the oil heater and electric blankets keeping me toasty. Lots of lovely eateries nearby! The internet was the only let-down... Slow enough that you can't even stream movies.

Great location

This hotel is an old Victorian style house with many rooms. We stayed there for 3 weeks while visiting family in Auckland, and it was an absolute pleasure. Our room was clean and tidy, everything worked as it should, and it was very comfortable. The owner, Kate is a lovely lady and welcomed us upon our arrival. She let us chose the room we wanted to stay in, and was very friendly. The area is beautiful, and has many restaurants, bakeries and cafes within easy walking distance. One of the best things is free parking on the property. If you know Auckland well, you'll know that parking everywhere is expensive, even on the street and while shopping. This was a great positive for us. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Auckland.

Property was old and tired, could hear everything the people in the neighbouring rooms were doing and saying. Location was convenient, bed was comfortable, staff were friendly and helpful

Myös täällä olen yöpynyt aiemmin. Suurkaupungista ei ole helppo löytää kovin edullista majoitusta, joka samalla olisi kohtuullisten kulkuyhteyksien päässä. Sijainti ja edullisuus vaikuttivat valintaan.

The photos online look nothing like the room we got, there was mold on the ceiling and in the shower, the gardens we had to walk past around the back of the building to our "suite" were full of weeds. Everything is rundown and not at all inviting. Also there are people living there permanently which is never a good sign.

It was ok

Lovely old villa with amazing rooms in it, but the beds could have been less creeky and more comfortable.

Service was great

the host was very gracious. made sure we were happy with rooms and service. rooms were nice. would stay there again.
