たまたまクリスマスを挟みましたので、フロント不在でした。部屋は広くて、キッチンなどもおしゃれな感じでした。バスタブはありますが、ガス給湯器が貧弱なため、湯船につかれるほどのお湯は出ません。総じて、アパートメントタイプのホテルとしては平均だと思います。

The room was clean and well equipped. Parking was steeps away and very reasonably priced for the 2 nights we stayed. The location was perfect with everything we wanted to do was within walking distance. The only negative was that it wasn’t the quietest location with a loud bar across the street and homeless shelter next door.

We had a full two bed, two bath room with an amazing kitchen with a washer/dryer. The room was spotless and check in was very easy (once I read the email they sent with the code for the front door). I highly recommend.

Great location, good amount of space but not high quality and dated. Kitchen had no baking trays for oven, beds on wheels with no brakes so move in the night! General areas clean but if you look under/behind furniture it is not cleaned, fridge still had someone elses mcdonalds drink in it!

Had a very good stay and stuff at the reception name is Kan she was very helpful and friendly!

Quick and easy check in. Great location. Apartment was clean, and spacious. Beds were comfy.

Great accommodation

Great sized property with fully equipped kitchen, separate bedroom/s, clean and modern. Good location close to transport and main shopping areas. Only downside is it can be quite busy outside the property late at night as there's a homeless shelter next door and a club/hotel a few buildings down which can be quite loud. However, the building is fully secured, you will be sent a code for the front door access and the safe to retrieve your room key. Overall, a really nice place for a short stay

Rooms spotless. Very well presented and furnished apartment. Friendly and helpful staff. A great wee base for the exploring Glasgow city centre.

Aside from a few hairs about the bath and the smell of stale body odours in one bedroom the apartment was otherwise immaculate and a delight to reside in and return to. The apartment could only be further enhanced through installing some electrical outlets with USB ports, in case travellers like myself arrive having forgotten to pack their phone charger!

No big issues, just no remote for tv, bath tap wasnt working and shower tap was broken didnt dampen my stay one bit though and would definitely stay again..location is perfect in merchant city, lovely

Room very spacious and clean. Reception staff very friendly and helpful

The bedding had stains and there was a broken nail left in the sheets. The apartment and building as a whole had a very dingy feel to it.

TV wasn't very modern and slow to change channel Radiator main bedroom didn't warm. Handyman tried to fix but still didn't work Thermostat on wall temp marks had worn out so difficult to set room temp Shower pressure with electric shower very poor

Great place to stay for our family of six. Very clean, excellent location, quieter than expected in the evening. Would definitely stay again!
