ジュニアスイートに宿泊。カテドラルが見えたのは非常に良かったが、テラスがあるせいか、部屋はスタンダードよりも狭かった。 特にバスルームが狭い。

I could not use my room key and needed to go to the front desk every time. Staff were wonderful.

スーペリアスイートに2泊しました。スイートのみバスルームはダブルシンクで、シャワースペースとは別に深型浴槽が付いています。サカテカスは朝晩は冷えるので湯船に浸かれるのは嬉しいです。1階の部屋でイダルゴ通りに面した小さなバルコニーが付いておりカテドラルを見る事ができます。朝は静かですが、観光シーズンは深夜1時ごろまで外が賑やかなので音が気になるのが難点。アメニティはスリッパ、バスローブ、メキシコでは珍しい歯ブラシまであり充実しています。各部屋ごとに装飾が異なるようでホテル内にはたくさんのアート作品が飾られています。 朝食ブッフェは部屋代込みですが、ゲスト以外でも一人160ペソで食べられます。小さなホテルのブッフェなので種類は少ないですが、スープやおかずは日替りでパンケーキや卵料理を別途無料でオーダーできます。ホテル内にはスターバックスも入っています。 ピーク時期でも1泊約16,000円で宿泊できてこぎれいで設備も中々。オルテガ市場の目の前でカテドラルは斜め前と観光拠点に最高の立地ですが、残念だったのがサービス。 SPAを予約したのに、時間を10分過ぎても誰も来ず。フロントに確認すると、セラピストから連絡があって忙しいから時間を変更して欲しいと連絡があった、と言われ呆れました。もはや信頼できず結局キャンセルしました。

立地はとても良かった。エアコンも暖房ができて寒くなかった。しかし、窓がなく閉塞感がありソファーからは壁が遮ってテレビを見る事ができないくらいに狭く。シャワーの温度も安定していなかった。

都市心部の狭く騒々しい動脈道路沿いの大聖堂近くにありながら、部屋の中は静かで、とくに朝食が洗練された食材でおいしかった。世界遺産の鉱山としてであり、起伏が多いが、歩いて訪れることのできる博物館も多く、また中心街全体がライトアップされるので一人旅でも夜で歩ける安心なホテルである。

Enjoyed our stay here. Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. Staff were kind and attentive. Overall great stay and would come back again in the future

This place was phenomenal! Everything thing about it was fantastic! Even the breakfast buffet was amazing! I will definitely look forward to staying here in the future! Best experience of any hotel ever! Staff were very friendly, accommodating and on point. Went above and beyond to satisfy the guest. Got so much more than what I expected!

Only a 25 minute drive from the airport.

Un hotel muy bonito en el centro de la ciudad. La vista de la habitación a la catedral y la Bufa espectacular. El personal muy amable y servicial. El desayuno buffet bastante bueno.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, es muy limpio y cómodo. El desayuno es muy bueno, recomiendo que lo incluyan en su reservación ya que compite bien con los restaurantes cercanos, pero es mucho más cómodo desayunar en el hotel.

It was my first time in Zacatecas and I absolutely loved my stay! It was only one night, but I truly enjoyed it. I highly recommend this hotel — the staff are super friendly and the service is top-notch. The valet parking was very fast, check-in was fantastic, and the breakfast was delicious. Thank you all for your great service, and congratulations!
