朝ごはんも美味しかったです。

I stayed this hotel from April 9-11 for 2 nights and I recommend all travelers to avoid staying this hotel. The most of positive rating comments on Google map were posted by local guides. 1. Air Conditioning not properly functioning. I had book deluxe king size bedroom No. 34. Iturned on air conditioner and waited for 40-45 minutes but room was still extremely hot and uncomfortable. 2. Cigarettes smell inside shower room. it was supposed to be non smoking room, there were cigarette odors inside shower room. The house keeping lady admitted the smell by saying that “Some guests smoke inside the room even non smoking”. 3. Front Desk problem Front Desk staff asked me to wait for another an hour as it would gradually got cooler. I had already waited for 45 minutes after turning on A/C and still room was extremely hot. I also explained that I got asthma and showed inhalers and asked clean room. 5. Afternoon, they upgraded my room to No.30 Junior Suite. Air conditioner fine no cigarette smell. 6. Bathtub plug disorder I used bathtub in the night and found that I couldn’t dehydrate the water even twisting the handle on the bathtub. Plug didn’t lift up. I went down to the Front Desk and asked them to fix it. They fixed it in the 2nd day. 6. Very noisy in the night/rooftop bar There were roof top bar at 4th floor, and all guests off the elevator at 3rd floor then use stairways to roof tops. Many drunken guests busy on/off and shouting. The bar staffs kept moving empty bottles.

古き良き・・・の「良き」が失われた感じ。 フロントの対応は、チェックアウトまでとても良かった。 が、部屋の隅々の掃除が今一つ。 部屋のトップライトがない。 代わりにメインの照明になるはずの、部屋の隅のスタンドライトが点灯しなかった。 ウエルカムドリンクを運んでくれた女性がハウスキーパーを呼んでくれて、代わりのものを持ってきます、と言ったはずが、チェックアウトまで代わりのライトは来なかった。 たいしたことではないけれど、ノスタルジックでステキなホテルだけに残念。

川沿いで景色がよく、また王宮などにも近いなど立地は最高。周辺には多数のレストランもある。この地区は外国人旅行者が多く、治安は悪くない。 スタッフの対応もよく、メニューから選ぶ方式だが朝食もまずまず。 部屋はきれいで広さは十分だが、風呂のお湯がぬるかった。Wi-Fiはつながったりつながらなかったりと、不安定だったのが難点。

リバーサイドで王宮に近く、立地は最高。部屋は広く（45平米以上）きれいで、レストランも美味しい。ルーフトップバーは有名。惜しむらくはプールが無いこと。コスパは良い。

Very good location and room. The hotel is old, but very clean. The room is big and it has a balcony with good view. I will stay at this time whenever I stay at Phnom Penh.

2泊しました。川沿いでお隣はお寺、どこに行くにも便利な立地です。また、フロントの対応も良かったです。部屋は眺めも良く、インテリアもオリエンタル風で素敵です。この時は1泊1万円ほどだったと思いますが、値段以上の価値はあると思います。

室内はとても広く清潔で快適でした。 朝食は好きなパンを選べるのですが、クロワッサンがおすすめです。とてもおいしいです。 ちょうど年越しの日に滞在していて、部屋のテラスからカウントダウンの花火も楽しめました。 次もここにしようと思います。

滞在中特に不便はありませんでした。 部屋が広くて心地よいです。

前回滞在した時のレビューに1階のエアコンレストランの中でも喫煙できると書いたが、国の政策方針が変わり、全てのエアコン付きレストランでの喫煙は禁止となり、今ではシガーさえも置いて無い。 湯船につかろうと滞在中二日間ともバスタブに湯を張ったんだが、半分ぐらい入れたところでお湯がぬるくなり、湯船に浸かる程の温かさにはならなかったので、お風呂を希望されてる方は期待しない方が良い。

ホテルのロケーションはリバーサイドの好立地ですね。少し古さを感じます　　但し清潔感は有ります。 朝食は併設のレストランで取れて、メニューも満足いくレベルです

前回の事もあり、既に予約支払い済みの為キャンセル出来ず、気が進まないチェックインとなったが 前回のレストランでの二重払いの件をホテル側で調査してくれたようで、確かに支払い済みだったと解ったようで、チェックイン手続き中に支払った20＄を返金してもらえた。担当の女性から陳謝の言葉をいただき、悪気は無い事が解り、誤解が解けたので気持ち良く滞在する事ができた。しかしレストランの従業員からは前回と違い、何か冷たい待遇を受けてる感じがした。何か怒ってるような感じだったのが気に入らない。しかし、此処のレストランはエアコンが効いてるのに喫煙席(カウンターのみ)と禁煙席の分煙になっており、今の首都では何処のカフェにいっても全席禁煙が当たり前となった今、とても貴重なカフェレストランである。カウンターには本格的なシガーも置いてあり、涼しい処でお茶したい喫煙者にはお勧めである。

立地は川沿いの繁華街にあるので、旅行者にはとても便利で衣食住にスパ、移動、観光にも全て徒歩でいける。老舗のホテルなので水回りを期待してなかったが、ホットシャワーは熱すぎるぐらいの温度でそれも勢いよく出たのは予想と違っててとてもよかった。その他、専用バルコニーからの眺めもすばらしく、部屋内に滞在してる分には全く問題なかったのだが、ホテル併設のレストランで食事を済ませ、飲食代のレシートを挟んで持ってきたので、料金を支払ってレシートと一緒に挟んでテーブルに置いたが、レシートにサインを求められたので何も読まずにサインしてお釣りはいらないですと言って退席したのだが、チェックアウトの時、その食事代を再び請求された。私は払ったと言ったが、あの時サインしたレシートには後で払いますという事が書かれてた様で、それにサインしたため支払わざるを得なかった。つまり、食後にレシートに挟んだお金はウエイターへのチップという判断をされてしまった模様。チェックアウト手続きしてる間に朝食を頂きにそのレストランでフリーブレックファーストをいただいたが、食後にまたレシートを持ってき、これにサインして下さいと言うので拒否したらサインする事によって無料になるというから余計此処のレストランのシステムがわからなくなった。語学が堪能でないからかもしれないが、それにしても酷い対応をされた事は間違いない事実であった。 の処にサインしてあるからダメだと言われ、

The room was spacious and clean, riverside view in the morning was beautiful, but wi-fi connection was slow and not stable. Very close to royal palace and silver pagoda.

I've stayed at this hotel about 8 times over the past 6-8 years. the quality and atmosphere is hard to beat. The rooms are very big, beautiful wood works, high quality, incl. bed and the bathrooms. This hotel is one of my favorites.

It's an Awesome hotel at a reasonable price. Every room has a balcony where you can relax have a beer and watch the crowd at the River Walk. They close roads for the river walk at night so you wont hear a lot trafgic just traditional music. It's close to everything you need. Love it here.

I highly recommend Amanjaya Pancam Suites Hotel. The rooms are large, clean, beautifully decorated, and overlook a vibrant part of the city. I loved my weekend stay there in May 2025. The staff is friendly and professional and the restaurant is excellent (I highly recommend enjoying any of their Khmer breakfast options). Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Lovely big room over looking the river. Spacious bathroom with rain water shower and separate deep bath. On the weekend the street outside shuts to traffic and becomes a vibrant walking street market. Great restaurant in the hotel and on the top floor a fantastic sky bar. Hotel staff fantastic. 5 stars.
