I loved the environment and nature around the hotel. But the walls between the guest rooms are too thin and could hear every conversation. We could even hear that someone next door was opening a plastic bag and taking out something out of the bag.

Great view

Wifi is awful on the upper floors of the regular size rooms, you just cant use the pairing with the tv, the rest was nice, well maintained. Excelent views and awesome location looking into the city.

This propery has a great potential, it has an awesome view of the city, it may do well with some more advertising and cleaning of the rooms, this last time we stayed the sofa was moist to the point of looking like it had mold.

El lugar es hermoso mucha naturaleza y las vistas pero la cabaña muy descuidada, los alrededores sucios, bolsas y basura en los techos de otras cabañas. La cocina solo tenía platos y vasos para 4 personas y la capacidad es de 6 ( gad nosotros llevábamos) no tienen jabón para lavar los trastes, solicité a recepción y me dijeron que no tenían (yo quería dejar limpio lo que usamos ) las almohadas super incómodas duras y pequeñitas las sábanas se veían limpias pero con un olor extraño como a sudor. Tampoco jabón de cuerpo solo botecitos con crema La verdad el precio no es tan económico por lo que esperas algo mucho mejor.

Todo bien pero la alberca no tiene calefacción

Hermosa locación con hermosas vistas de la ciudad entre pinos y vegetación con excelente atención del personal, lo mejorable es equipo de aire acondicionado que hace mucho ruido y la baja calidad de alimentos y bebidas.

Habitación limpia, la comida muy rica, personal amable

Room was clean, smelled of mildew( we were on the bottom floor of the hillside building). Beds were ok, although the queen bed was closer to a full size. We probably would have been ok here if it was closer or easier to get transportation to Monterrey. Uber was very slow to find us a driver because the hotel is so remote and it’s 30 minutes each way from town. This place could, with some investment, be a spectacular destination, but right now it is a decent quiet retreat.

Habitación limpia

We booked from 6/18-6/22 but stayed only one night. Hotels.com site indicates “laundry” but they didn’t have service AT ALL. 1) The reception gave us a business card to contact “the designated driver” who could take us to laundromat to get laundry done by ourselves. 2) The restaurant/bar was somewhat pricey and not enough varieties. 3) some properties on site were deserted/abandoned, or not well kept (outdoor event field and emptied swimming pool?) If we knew “no laundry on site”, we wouldn’t book this hotel at all. I would like to receive a response and refund from Hotels.com.

La ubicacion y vista obviamente genial Pero el hotel esta ya antiguo, austero, no ponen cafe en las habitaciones, yoallas muy gastadas, alimentos en el restaurante algo caros.

Le falta un poco de mantenimiento al las áreas comunes. Es ideal para descansar peor si necesitan renovar ya todo se ve muy viejo

Esta todo muy hermoso, desde los miradores desde el personal, muy atentos todos. Aunque la comida y el desayunos muy caros comparandolo con el centro de la ciudad

Las instalaciones son muy antiguas. La habitación olía mucho a humedad. La ropa de cama vieja y percudida. El internet todo el tiempo estuvo intermitente, así que nunca tuvo señal la televisión. Nos dijeron que ese era un problema recurrente. Los precios de la comida elevadísimos para la calidad del lugar. (Una hamburguesa $300 pesos y un refresco en $90 pesos.) Los empleados amables. Pero al hotel no le han invertido nada en más de 30 años. No lo recomiendo. Fue una mala experiencia.

Poorly maintained and outdated. Very limited food options from the only restaurant. The scenery is nice though.
