Quiet. Close to restaurants and easy to get on/off the interstate

Safe and friendly environment

Good hotel, good location, reasonable pricing. Can’t speak for all rooms, but ours needed some repairs to prior water damages in the bathroom wall and door.

Great location after a long drive. Perfect for skiing or visiting MSU. Good restaurant in the parking lot and Taco Bell across the street. What else do you need? Liquor? That’s also in the parking lot.

Front desk staff were amazing. Kitchen worker was unfriendly and did not keep food well stocked during breakfast hours. She needs training in customer service. She was too busy eating in the back to do her job.

We were pretty with iur stay! We got the Suite for family of 5! We got the Mountain View. Staff are very nice. Next door is Outback Steakhouse.

Stayed over night to make sure we made our flight the next.day

Pool closed. Checked into our room: floor was dirty, toilet not cleaned, sock beside the couch. We were moved to another room... Not much better. Stay somewhere else

I specifically sorted my hotel search by pool only, because my 3- and 4-year olds had been begging to got to a hotel and swim in a pool. We got here and the pool was closed. It's really frustrating to me that hotels (or Hotels.com) doesn't notify people when that is the case (unfortunately this isn't the first time it's happened to me). I would have switched hotels. I also feel that there should be a discount on the rate for not having a key feature available. Beyond the pool issue, the service was good. The beds weren't very comfortable to me, but my back is touchy when it comes to beds.

Very nice hotel, right across Costco and Target, and next to Outback. Staffs were friendly, room is clean. And airport shuttle service was great! Just to remember to book at least 24 hours in advance. I booked pickup 10pm at the airport and 9:30am drop off at the airport, both with no problems.

We found evidence that the room had not been cleaned very well. The pool was closed “temporarily”. Food and condiments ran short at the minimal breakfast.

Right off of the Interstate and staff was quick and efficient! Bathroom sink was slow draining! Expedia did and excellent job of booking and delivering an unbelievable low price in a very expensive area!
