サービスが非常に限られていました。タオルの交換も毎日ありませんでした。部屋の掃除も毎日行われていませんでした。非常に簡素なホテルでした。

廊下の照明はとても暗く、シャワーの水はランダムに熱湯と冷水に変わり、部屋にはお湯を沸かすためのケトルがなく、バスタブはひび割れていました。部屋の匂いはとても悪く、ホテルはかなり古いです。

ในห้องมีน้ำไหลจากช่องแอร์เยอะมาก ต้องย้ายห้องกันตอนเที่ยงคืน ทางโรงแรมก็ไม่ช่วยอะไรเลยแย่มากๆ

ห้องเก่ามากแต่บริการดีเยี่ยม ส่วน ห้องอาหาร พนักงาน เหมือนไม่ค่อยเต็มใจบริการคนไทยซักเท่าไหร่ ต่างจากคนต่างชาติที่จะยิ้มแย้มเป็นพิเศษ

ควรเปลี่ยนประตูเป็นแบบระบบคีย์การ์ด

ดีมากค่ะ ห้องใหญ่ พนักงานบริการดี มีบริการทุกอย่าง ใกล้เซเว่น มีอาหาร 24ชม อาหารอร่อย มาพักที่นี่ประจำเลยค่ะ

This hotel quality is good and in the strategic location near with Silom and Patphong area and also much culinary food there. Need to improve service quality and better if each room provide coffee/tea maker. Hotel prize also competitive and economic.

I don’t like the room is so dirty and smelly

I was staying in The Premier room, The new building. It’s pretty confusing because they don’t have a way to go out at 21.00 and the only way that I need to go out through the Restaurant which is pretty annoying but most of all like the room was great and the food awesome. I don’t like the way waiter talk, unprofessional. You should be improving that one!

This hotel has large nice and clean rooms. The beds are hard so you won't get any problems with your back. The hotel itself is old and worn but in a good way that adds charm and character. The restaurant serves nice food and has a mixed menu for all tastes. The service in the restaurant was not that good but it has improved after a new order system has been introduced. Close to the restaurant area is a nice and well kept pool. Perfect after a long walk in the warm city. The service from the reception is, and has always been exceptional. The price for a room this close to the city center is quite cheap and the staff will do all they can to make your stay nice and comfortable. I have stayed here six times and I know I will return when ever I have a chance to visit Bangkok again.

Had to move to another room at midnight since we were put in a room that the air conditioning was unserviceable.
