Resort excelente !! Foi tudo perfeito e eu não queria ir embora 😫😫.

Food its far better than other inclusive hotels in the area.

We loved our stay at Dreams Sands. The beach was amazing and also the staff especially Jorge at the World Cafe. We will definitely be back.

If you get a very cheap deal go, if you do not skip! Best way to describe it. I was here 2 years ago in May was much better than this time. Beach is completely gone almost, the few chairs (if you wake up very early and are lucky to grab) they do have you can touch the person next to you how jammed close they are. Definitely not relaxing. Rented a cabana one day thinking that might be better, even worse. One elevator worked for entire trip (for entire resort) so be ready to walk stairs if you don't want to wait 15 mins. Food was ok, not terrible but not the best. I was never hungry. Overall, stay if you find a greaattt deal, if not I would go with another place next time.

We have stayed at this resort for the past 4 years, and it continues to meet all of our expectations. We love staying here .

Estadia incrível. Equipe de animacão maravilhosa. Foram muito gentis ao organizarem a comemoração de aniversário do meu marido. Limpeza impecável. A praia é linda e o mar com poucas ondas. A programação de atividades me surpreendeu. Voltarei com certeza.

Pros- beach and water were amazing Cons- food, bed wasn't comfortable, loud music until late makes it impossible to sleep. Small kids running wild. Got hit by kid toys several times in pool. They were packed in hot tub. One babies diaper came off and waa floating in water. Parent's didn't seem to care. If you are going with small children then thid would be a great resort BUT, if you are adults only think twice before booking this resort

Everything was good except the food when I ordered room service was not tasty, and I wish at least the preferred rooms were renovated.

Out room was always clean and guest care was exxellent. The food at the various restaurants was yummy. I would highly recommend it.

The water in the swimming pools are so cold. Not able to enjoying. I will prefer to go somewhere else.

10/10 experience, food was really good, cleanliness 10/10, staff very friendly , drinks were great! Coffee shop a plus! Will definitely be back!!

O hotel no geral é antigo mas bem conservado na maioria das partes com algumas áreas revitalizadas. As piscinas são boas, todas de água fria. Tem 3 bares para os hospedes que não são do Prefered Club e 5 restaurantes para jantares com comida muito boa na maioria não precisa fazer reserva, apenas atentar para os critérios de vestimenta. Tem ainda academia, uma cafeteria e na praia servem hambúrguer e fritas(mas apenas isso). A localização é bem interessante e o acesso é fácil. O ponto alto é a praia, que é de um mar incrível, quase sem ondas, com temperatura muito agradável e água cristalina e de uma cor impressionante. Embora tenhamos ido em abril que é uma época de bastante sargaço, quase não tinha nessa praia. Há algumas pedras no mar mas se caminhar alguns poucos metros para a esquerda(em frente a área exclusiva Prefered) o acesso é sem pedras. O que menos agradou foi que haviam partes estragadas e uma luz que não funcionava no nosso quarto (inclusive quebradas) e muitos dos funcionários embora fossem todos bem treinados, não eram muitos gentis ou educados. Principalmente se você não é americano ou canadense, que são quem mais dá gorjetas pra tudo. Eles eram impacientes e não tratavam tão bem se você não fala inglês ou espanhol. Mas sentimos isso em outros hotéis e mercados do México também. No geral foram dias bons, mas o custo é bem alto para o que oferece e o all inclusive tem limitações se você não é do Prefered Club.

Spent one night to check it out. Loved Preferred pool. Beach was very nice. Buffet was good. Guacamole fresh. Shrimp ceviche at buffet was actually good. Preferred lounge had better pastries. I don't drink so I don't care for the better alcohol. Room was clean with a view and a balchony. Bed comfy. Water never got hot was Luke cool warm. Javanese restaurant I would say 5 out of 10 not that great. Enjoyed my time there. Would defiantly go back.

Las albercas estaban muy bien, la playa de las mejores en las que he estado. Me encantaron todas las actividades nocturnas y la comida. Cómo sugerencia mejorar la limpieza de las habitaciones.
