Stunning hotel where the staff were simply amazing. Super clean, lovely facilities and the room with the lake view was lovely. Highly recommended

The hotel was fantastic. From the moment of a very warm welcome upon arrival, the hotel was very special. Beautifully located on lake maggorie, fantastic food and service during our entire stay.

Hotel De Charme is a wonderful place to stay. Beautifully situated overlooking the lake and in the peaceful town of Laveno. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and welcoming throughout. The room was very comfortable and the pool area is great. Dining with the inclusive meals was excellent. All in all a wonderful place to stay and explore Lake Maggiore, with faultless style and service.

Die Liegemöglichkeiten am Pool waren sehr dürftig, da die umliegenden Apartments sich dort auch aufhalten können.

Ein sehr schöner PLatz zum Relaxen.

Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Es herrscht eine entspannte Atmosphäre und die Mitarbeiter waren immer sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Cannot recommend this hotel enough. My husband and I had a wonderful 3 night stay and we’re blown away. The view is out of this world

We stayed in June 2022 and were absolutely delighted as our first post-pandemic holiday abroad. The hotel itself is modern and well equipped, in a quiet and very attractive location. The staff were AMAZING, so helpful so friendly and so professional. I cannot fault them in any way. The food was fantastic (well above standard for the all inclusive rate we paid). The pool and gym were clean and well equipped. Lastly the location is perfect, with a major ferry route on your doorstep we were able to get around the lakes many gorgeous locations with ease and at a reasonable price. I find it hard to fault anything (well (and this is written with a smile on my face as we found it very funny in the end), but their modern furniture often had the furniture legs pointing outwards... we must have stubbed our toes on the chairs in the room at least 3 times daily :). No seriously cannot fault much here and would highly recommend and stay again. PS thank you to Diego the masseuse, who fixed a very painful neck and allowed me to enjoy the rest of the holiday). Thank you to you all for making it an amazing stay!

Nice hotel and the view is excellent. A few of the staff were quite short while others were very, very friendly. Air conditioning not working, shower in our room was a bit broken and no extractors in the bathroom or hooks to hang anything off. Dinner included was good food and great value for money! Infinity pool was beautiful and the hotel was very clean. Parking easy and a few minutes’ walk into town for more choice of restaurants if required. The hotel also put on some events in the evenings which were complimentary- such as wine tasting and Italian lessons.

This hotel was the start of our 2 week honeymoon road trip through Italy. It was incredibly relaxing and tranquil. We had a beautiful view of the lake and the area around the hotel is easy to walk. The service was impeccable. The breakfast was really good. The bed was comfortable. The infinity pool was gorgeous! The spa was stunning. Only complaint is we did not enjoy the massage - consider getting someone else - I felt quite uncomfortable during mine.

Sehr schönes und modernes Hotel, das Personal ist wirklich sehr freundlich. Ein paar Mitarbeiter sprechen auch deutsch und alle englisch. Das Frühstück lässt fast keine Wünsche offen und das Restaurant war auch sehr gut.

Extremely nice and welcoming staff. Everyone made you feel relaxed and were pleased to help you. The hotel was fresh, clean, with modern furniture and fittings and has good, well appointed, rooms. The spa pool is amazing and is a MUST do option. Gladly recommend this hotel and look forward to another visit one day soon.

We liked absolutely everything. From arrival to departure everything was perfect.

Accueil excellent et en français. Hôtel idéalement situé et calme, belle piscine extérieure. Par contre, la prise de la salle de bains s’enlève (ce qui est dangereux), mobilier usé par endroit, sèche cheveux pas terrible, il manque une bouteille d’eau offerte dans la chambre, petit-déjeuner absolument identique tout les matins.... C’est un hôtel assez cher et ces petits détails font la différence.
