I had a horrible/awful experience in this Inn. To start with, I was welcomed by the super rude front desk. I was nice to her upon checking in but she response so b*****. After checking in she doesn't even tell me where my room is or give some direction, so I tried to find it on my own. My room was on the 2nd floor and there's no elevator so I have to carry my luggage and my hand carry bag to my room. I asked her nicely if there's anyone can help me carry my luggage, because I'm very tired and hungry already. Then I was so shocked with her response telling me like this ~No! Nobody will help you here! No one! No!. I felt so terrible and even she treated me like shit I asked her so calm again if it's possible for me to transfer or refund my money back then she replied, No! You can't do anything here! No! with angry/irritated face. So, I just decided to go to their other branch. I grab my bags and put down the keys on her table for her to wake up of what she's doing is not acceptable. After that situation, I go to the other branch which is the Orchid Inn II. I asked for a vacant room and tell them what happened to me. Upon hearing my complaint to their colleague I think they already know about the attitude problem of that front desk because they give me the room quickly. Even I'm inside my room still feel unsafe and can't even sleep plus the room is dirty from bed sheets, towels, doormats (smells like feet) and the baby cockroaches are crawling everywhere. I sleep on one side of my bed because I feel so dirty. In summary, I really don't recommend their first branch and definitely, I will not come back! If you don't want to encounter this very rude front desk who's name is Ina, not really sure I just heard it from the other staff calling her. Because when I asked for her name they don't answer back. Preferably, stay at their Inn II the front desk there is nice but don't expect to the cleanliness of the room.
