スタッフは親切でした。部屋は新しく改装されていました。清潔でした。無料駐車場がありました。

素晴らしい仕事ぶりです。さらに改善の余地はあります。本当にありがとうございました。

滞在中は大変お世話になり、ありがとうございました。全てが順調に進み、滞在中は大変満足し、快適に過ごすことができました。また次回もぜひ利用させていただきます。

少し古いので、改修が必要です

すべて問題ありません。ただし、部屋が幹線道路に面しているため、毎晩交通騒音が聞こえ、眠りが妨げられます。次回は幹線道路に面していない部屋をリクエストします 😅。

部屋Xは快適です。ベッド 1 台をリクエストしてください。でも×カシ。

スタッフはフレンドリーです。食事は美味しいです。景色も素晴らしいです。

Clean room. Room cleaning timely.

Sangat best sebab bilik besar, ada workstation, ada coffee table, ada bathtub, clean toilet. Always my favourite hotel.

Cozy, clean, good energy, helpful. Recommended & as promised with one of the Staff there, they might Upgrade or give good deals for the inconvenient during the stay - Bathtub issue. Masalah di bathtub - but, the Staffs are very helpful, friendly & gesit dalam kerja/efforts. Terima kasih.

Great hotel. Great price. Affordable, with big room and nice breakfast. The staffs are very helpful. The guy at the front desk very friendly and helpful. (don't know his name). The girl at the front desk, Jane. She was the most helpful. She helped me to call the Grab and when I left my bag in the Grab car, (totally was my fault) she helped me again and I now have my luggage back. Great service. Thank you. Be sure to stay here again every time I visit Kuala Lumpur

Bilik bersih, kemas, staf pun ok.

Clean hotel room however not all amenities were provided like toothbruh.

Parking sempit, bilik klasik, bilik air teruk. Kebersihan kurang memuaskan.

A good place to stay. Next to a small mall.

Makanan memang superb, cuma staff front desk tak berapa friendly, cakap tak berapa jelas, datang kol 3pm tapi tak dapat check in sebab bilik tak siap lagi. Kene tunggu jam 5. But overall bilik satisfied.
