シャワー設備が若干古い感じでした。

女主人は非常に親切に応対してくれ、４階の部屋だったが、若い衆が部屋まで荷物を運んでくれた。トイレとシャワーは共用。エレベーターなし。TVもなかったが、清潔感にあふれ、非常に落ち着いた宿泊施設であった。 翌日７時３０分発のツアーを入れていたので、その旨伝えると、普通は８時３０分からの朝食だが、パンと飲み物、ハム・チーズ・ヨーグルト・果物を用意してくれていて、勝手にそれらを食した。場所は１階のレストランであった。 ツアーから戻って、次の日の出発も８時の電車を予約したので、前日のようにレストランで働いている人に伝え、３人以上がそれに反応してくれたものの、どういう行き違いか何も用意されていなかった。たまたまレストランに居た早出の人がなんとか用意してくれたので、朝食を取ることができたので、良かった。

街自体こじんまりとしていますが、立地が良いので、どこに行くにも便利でした。こじんまりとしていますが、雰囲気がとても良かったです。朝食もおいしく、かわいらしい中庭で頂くと、よりおいしく感じました。 歩いて10メートルほどのところにコインランドリーがあり役立ちました。

国鉄と地下鉄の主要駅Sao Bentoから徒歩5分、ポルト観光の拠点として申し分ない。建物はかなり年季が入っているが、部屋は内装もきれいで清潔。私が泊まった部屋は、3階で窓から丘の上に立つ教会や街並みが見え、眺めが良かった。エレベーターがないので、大きな荷物を持つ人は大変かも。壁や天井が薄いようで、声や振動がよく伝わるので気にする人は要注意。部屋に冷蔵庫がないのは残念。朝食ビュッフェは種類豊富とは言えないが、充分満足。エッグタルトが美味しい。夜遅くや日曜日はレセプションに人がおらず、部屋の鍵と一緒に持たされる玄関ドアの鍵を使って出入りする。コストパフォーマンスの良いホテル。

ホテルは清潔できれいな内装でした。サンベント駅から歩いて5分程度、ドンルイス1世橋までも15分程度、ほとんどの観光エリアに徒歩で移動可能なのが大変良いです。部屋にはテレビ、冷蔵庫はありませんでしたが、1泊でしたので不便はありませんでした。

お洒落でとても可愛いゲストハウスです。スタッフも親切でとても居心地の良い滞在でした。

イルマオン書店にとても近い、観光にとても便利な、可愛くておしゃれなゲストハウスです。広々としていて、清潔でした。スタッフの皆さんもとても感じが良く、親切でした。朝食つきなのですが、いまひとつだったので、周辺においしいパン屋さんも多いので、そちらで食べても良いと思いました。

受付のサンドラさんが親切。 チェックイン開始前だけどお部屋に入れるか確認してくれました。 ウェルカムドリンクをごちそうしてくれました。私は名物のポルトワインを。疲れた体にワインとサンドラさんの優しさが身に染みました。

The location is perfect, very close to everything. The check in process was super simple and we were provided lots of details about the area, what to see and where to go. The room itself was very clean and had all of the amenities that we needed. The only thing that was missing was a safe. Also, the building is quite noisy - we were able to hear guests in the room next to us snoring and noise from the restaurant below. Otherwise, we had a great stay.

Excellent location! Spacious and comfortable room. I would definitely stay here again!

Carla and Ricky were super friendly, helpful and efficient. The breakfasts were superb, really lovely and varied. Our rooms were clean and tidy and had everything in that you would need on holiday. Great location in the centre of the city and would definitely stay again when next in Porto.

This was perfect for a 2 nights stay with the teenagers. The charm of the old town with modern amenities. Would return We enjoyed the roof top pool in their other location

Parfaitement situé au centre ville, avec un restaurant et un bar à vin! Parfait pour découvrir le vin du Portugal. Le restaurant a deux ambiances. La vue sur Porto le soir est très belle! A l'accueil, en discutant, nous avons eu des informations très pratiques pour circuler dans Porto et où aller manger!

Location is close to everything your want to see. The rooms are new and very nice. The wine bar and restaurant are a great addition to the property. Nice view of the cathedral at night was a pleasant surprise.

I can confidently say that I had an excellent experience at this hotel. — thanks in large part to the incredible hospitality of the manager. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed and made to feel like a truly valued guest. The hotel’s manager went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and stress-free. Whether it was helping with local recommendations, making sure every detail of my room was perfect, or simply checking in to see how things were going, their genuine care and attention made a lasting impression. The hotel itself was clean, well-maintained, and offered everything I needed for a relaxing stay. I will absolutely be returning!

Nice spacious room, clean, staff were very friendly and helpful. Roof top with the city view was an added bonus. 5 min walk to Sao Bento train station, 7 min walk to Lello library, the property has a bar and restaurant downstairs, there a multiple restaurants close to the hotel, close to a small grocery, 5 min walk to Timeout market, 5 min walk to living tours.

The hotel is at the top of a steep hill (but so is most of Porto). Really good communication (with Carla the manager) before arrival. Room was quite narrow and dark (L-shaped) at the back of the building and there wasn't a safe but otherwise all good.
