Every penny you spend for this hotel is totally worth it. The room we had is large, well-lighted, and has a good view of the city proper. You can see that the management values cleanliness as evident on the hallways, elevator, and the room. The staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is also located quite near the major shopping mall(s) in the city and is accessible via local transportation.

Accommodation is good. Love the coldness of the aircon. Clean surroundings.

Room was great except for the very slow wifi with annoying logging in system.

The room was a bit pricey because it was old they didn’t have bedroom slippers and no complimentary coffee. What’s only great thing was their location. The receptionist (lady) was not even friendly. Can’t even smile. OMG. And the staff was so lax like they were tired of working. And also, the breakfast was buffet but very few choices but was still okay. Our stay was ok but still needs improvement. And FYI there was no bidet in the bathroom.

It was nice. It was comfortable. It was satisfactory.

WiFi sometimes drop out of connection. Need to upgrade WiFi service.

Satisfied with their rooms but I'm disappointed with their breakfast buffet, it doesn't taste good... also their service especially with their room boy, if going inside no one and nobody ask for a help even you have lots of luggage handling at carrying. They just look at you.

The hotel is located in Mandurriao area. I was travelling with my sister. I was promoting my youtube travel channel (amontours) as well so we chose this hotel. The hotel staff were very courteous and hotel fee includes breakfast. Internet was fast in the lobby. The hotel is certainly perfect for those who want to stay in an entertainment area in Iloilo as it is surrounded by pubs and hang out places. SM City Iloilo is also very close. The hotel is just few walks from the highway where you can take the jeepney going downtown Iloilo. The location is close to Esplanade where one can jog in the morning. It is a perfect place for business trips and even family vacation.

Slow check-in. No king bed available. But it is the fact we request for it. No warm welcome since this is my 2nd time. But overall, the staff are nice.
