立地が良いのはもちろんですが、建物の外観も、お部屋の清潔さも、おもてなしも、売りにしているルーフトップからの眺めも、本当に全てが素晴らしかったです。 24時間無料カフェ、水は各階に置いてあって自由にいただけて、ウエルカムカードも手書きで感動しました。 4つ星なんて嘘でしょ？5つ星あげてください！

客室も広く清潔。

グランホテルと迷いましたがこちらにして、良かったです。Jrスイートの部屋からは最高の眺めでした。インテリアのセンスが良くて、居心地が最高でした。ミネラルウォーターがいつも頂け、ミニバーにもフリードリンクがあり、更に24時間フリーで利用可能な1階のサービスは、最高!!!

レストランか素晴らしい。ただ、昼、夜は混んでいて、宿泊者でも入れないのが残念。カフェが、ビール軽食、飲み放題なのもいい。

メキシコシティの中心、歴史的な所で味わい深かったです。古い建物ですが部屋は綺麗で清潔感がありとても居心地が良かったです。朝食もとても美味しくて満足しました。スタッフもフレンドリーで親切でした。また利用したいと思います。

歴史地区の中に位置し、徒歩圏内に多くの観光名所があるため便利。夜になるとたくさんの警官が路上に出ているため、全く危ない感じがなく、夜間にタコスを食べに出かけられた。 ホテルの中のカフェは24h飲み物や軽食を無料でオーダーでき(一部有料)、日本から到着後、時差ボケもあり、夕食を食べ逃してしまった日は本当に助かった。こんなホテルは今まで宿泊した事がない。 宿泊費に含まれるルーフトップの朝食は種類も豊富で美味しく、メトロポリタン大聖堂を望みながら、気持ちよくいただけた。 あえて言うと、部屋に冷蔵庫がないのが減点。その他は素晴らしいホテルと言える。

メキシコシティのオアシス。 エアポートの周りの治安が悪く、ホテルに行く最中 ホスピタリティが高く、従業員の接客がとても良かった。また、清潔感が高く、ホテルに入った瞬間から安心感があった。

This was one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at! It was so clean, beautiful and historic! The staff was so kind and responsive! Several staff also spoke English. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and the 24 hour complimentary cafe had great food and drink! Highly recommend and will be back!

A lovely hotel in the middle of the historic centre. Comfortable and clean room with free breakfast and snacks! Lovely staff, all. It can be noisy outside in the square on some evenings, but never late in the night. I'd definitely stay here again.

The staff was courteous, hotel was clean and the food all day in the little coffee shop was a bonus. The included breakfast was also excellent. The beds, however, were way too soft and interfered with our sleep. We also couldn’t figure out the coffee maker after several attempts. There should have been instructions. The location was perfect and the dinner we had in the upstairs restaurant was the best we had in Mexico City.

Staff friendly, helpful, and positive. Hotel was very clean and location was very central. We took the walking tour the hotel offered and it was amazing, highly recommend!!!
