ข้อดี พักห้อง executive ห้องกว้างดีประมาณ 5X8 เมตร ห้องน้ำก็กว้าง แยกโซนเปียกโซนแห้ง ห้องสะอาด พนักงานเป็นมิตร ใกล้รถไฟฟ้าเดินสบายๆ 1 นาทีกว่าๆ ออกจากรถไฟฟ้า ก็เจอศูนย์การค้าที่มีศูนย์อาหารเลย สะดวก และ ไป-กลับ สนามบิน ไม่ต้องเปลี่ยนสายรถไฟ ข้อด้อย เวลาจะไปเที่ยวจุดอื่นๆ มักต้องไปเปลี่ยนสายรถไฟ แต่ก็รับได้นะ ห้องน้ำของโรงแรมไม่มีสายชำระ (พักมา 2 ที่ ไม่มีทั้ง 2 ที่เลย อาจเป็นปกติของ รร. ที่สิงคโปร์) ไดร์เป่าผมเป็นแบบต้องกดปุ่มไว้ตลอดเวลาจึงจะทำงาน แอบเมื่อยนิ้วเล็กน้อยตอนใช้งาน สรุป ชอบ ประทับใจ ข้อด้อยก็เป็นแค่เรื่องเล็กน้อย แนะนำต่อแน่นอน

Resepsionis sangat tidak friendly. Akses kamar saya diblok tanpa alasan sampai harus bolak balik turun. Sangat tidak recommended untuk liburan.

it's amazing and very clean

I’ve stayed in this hotel before, more than once, and in the past it had been satisfactory. However, this time around I was surprised to find that my room was dusty, especially on the window area. It’s an issue because we are allergic to dust and could be really affected. Thank God it didn’t get to that point. We asked to change rooms but they said it was full, and ended up cleaning it but they didn’t do a very good job either. It looks like it was neglected, and they also forgot to fill up the toilet paper. When I ordered room service, my dish didn’t come with the standard salt and pepper, and when I requested for one they only sent in pepper. I just felt like they could’ve done better and as someone who actually likes this hotel I was disappointed.
