The front desk was slow checking us in. The lobby was nice and cool but when we got to the third floor it was hot. Our room was probably 90 degrees when we got there. It took 6-7 hours to cool the room down enough to sleep. I went down to get a snack for my son and the lady at the front desk couldn't figure out how to sign in and said "come back in 30 minutes". I then asked her for towels (since the room only had 1 in it), regular coffee (since there was only decaf in the room) and body wash (since the bottle in the shower was empty. She wrote everything down and said she would have someone bring it up to the room. Nobody ever came so I went back down to the desk hoping to find someone else to help me. A different lady was there and she was able to sell me a snack and I asked her for the supplies. She went around the corner and grabbed everything in less than a minute. The original lady showed up and grabbed her list that she wrote for me an hour earlier and said she forgot. When I got back to the room, we went to make the bed on the pull out sofa and there were no sheets for it. We called down and they said they'd bring it up. Thirty minutes passed so I went to the front desk to get them myself. All little things that normally wouldn't bother me individually but since they all happened in such a short time, I was really irritated. Don't think I'll be staying here again.

Nice quick stay. Very clean, nice breakfast and very quiet.

The room was clean and quiet. That is really all that I need. Complementary breakfast in the lobby was excellent with a wide assortment of selections. The lobby is well appointed and welcoming. Staff was very helpful and accommodating.

45 min check in, higher than normal incidental fee, checked into dirty room, another 30 min wait, 1 towel in room, no clean towels at pool, locked sliding door at 10pm. Should have read reviews first but don’t ever have to at holiday inns. Won’t stay here again and has me questioning ever staying at another holiday inn.

Great stay

The room I booked they had over booked so I did not get the room I booked and the person checking me in didn’t know how to do a refund for the difference due to the room I ended up in was cheaper. The hallway on the floor I was on smelled like urine. The door in the bathroom leaked water out of it and soaked the floor in the bathroom. There was hair on the bed. The pool room was unbelievably hot. I was very disappointed with my stay.

It was really clean for the most part but it was kind of sketchy at point and the hot tub jets broke but they fixed it that day

When we arrived we found only one set of towels and no hot water. Desk suggested we move rooms. At 10 PM that wasn’t an option. Breakfast was bad at beast. Only one type of dry bagel and white bread. By 9 AM no milk for limited cereal. No waffles. Only scrambles eggs and dry potatoes which ran out quickly. Coffee was amazing but only one machine worked and it broke down often. People at breakfast were frustrated. Only one of our room keys worked and then it too quit. Front desk couldn’t get computer to work so they told us to find a maid and get them to let us in. Heard several people say they wouldn’t be back. We won’t either. It’s a shame as we always thought Holiday Inn was above average place to stay.

Booked a suite and they put us in a regular room to begin with. Luckily they had a suite available so there was room for my family . Then the room was only stocked with two towels. No bedding for hide a bed and very little toilet paper. On top of that the shower did not have hot water. When I asked front desk for if there was a manager I could speak with? She said yes , went and spoke to another lady then came back saying that there’s not one available. Overall bad experience and will never stay at one of there properties again!

We had a king room, bed was clean and comfortable, room was in excellent condition. Coffe pod machine is not convenient for my own product use, no milk supplied. Breakfast was ok, coffee machine and pancake machine was continually needing service. Pretty good value for money overall. The pool and hot tub were great.

I’ve stayed here twice now there has been drainage issues in both rooms I’ve stayed in and poor water pressure. The room we got wasn’t fully clean with a dirty towel and a random lonely goldfish snack on the floor that did not belong to us. As always the stag was kind and gave us extra blankets and towels when requested. Although getting there before check in there were no play pins for baby so I doubt they have any. The breakfast was excellent as always!

Discrimination and

Room was disgustingly. Food on the floor and counters, dirty spoon on the floor, blood on chair. Carpet dirty. Got up for breakfast and there was no bacon, sausage, orange juice, milk for the cereal, and the pancake machine wasn't working.

First of all, I had to get a new key every day. For some reason, (and I didn’t have the key anywhere near my phone) the key didn’t work every day. On our last night, we returned to our room (that had a Do not disturb sign) to find that someone had gone into our room, taken all the towels and had gone through our stuff. We went to talk to the front desk, they claim it wasn’t housekeeping and that no one had gone into our room. Ok, if it’s not housekeeping, call the police because someone broke into our room! Their only piece of advise was to “tell corporate.” I am very disappointed that this hotel didn’t take our safety seriously and wouldn’t even acknowledge someone had gone into our room.

Only stopped for a night but it was very comfortable and I would have stayed longer if needed. The breakfast was delicious.

So disappointed. We stayed here years ago and it was great! Now it is dirty, Halls smell like urine, and the breakfast was non existent! So so disappointing,
