一見かわいらしくてよかったのですが、シーツは脂っぽいしダニに刺されるしトイレは汚れたままだったりと清潔感がないホテルでした。まあ、これは清掃スタッフの問題なのでたまたまかもです。シャワーはお湯が出るまでに随分かかりましたので、お湯が出ないのかと心配になりました。次は違うホテルを選ぶと思います。

Deben ponerle algo al mobiliario del restaurante ya que al arrastrarlo hace mucho ruido en el techo de la habitación y es imposible descansar ya que desde antes de las 7am están arrastrando sillas

La habitacion estaba limpia solo que el drenaje de la regadera no se drenaba rapido y se llenaba el piso y se salia hasta la taza del inodoro

Everything was bad. The hotel manager assured us we would have adjoining rooms, but this wasn't the case, and he never showed up to explain what had happened or to respond to the many problems I will mention below. The room was bad in general. The sheets were stained, and the pillows had a strong smell of damp. The air conditioning never worked. We spent two terrible nights practically unable to sleep because of the heat. Far from repairing the air conditioning, they made it worse and it was leaking water into the room, flooding it and making a lot of noise as it dripped. They didn't clean the room properly, and they didn't provide soap or towels. Hot water never came out of the shower, even though they claimed to have repaired the problem. Overall, it was a terrible experience. The hotel is run by unprofessional, rude, and incompetent people, especially the manager.

Terrible , no hay agua caliente, estuve 2 noches y ni una pude bañarme con agua caliente . Fingen que esta todo bien pero no solucionan nada. No tienen ni garrafón de agua para servirse. El personal aunque es amable , se ponen a platicar en bolita a entrada lo que se ve pesimo.

A good value hotel for visiting Valladolid. The town centre is easily walkable, as are a myriad of restaurants. The rooms are comfy and clean, but nothing fancy.

The Hotel has a superb cocktail and juice bar. Facilities and rooms are very clean. Bathroom is rather small and might need an update.

Beautiful hotel

Très bien situé, cet hôtel est très agréable. Nous avons été très bien accueilli avec des conseils de restaurants et sorties. La literie est confortable et les parties communes bien entretenues.
