A greater space and location for a visit of the sites’ all within a few minutes walk.. The host is super friendly. The only negative is the fact that the neighbors are extremely noisy. Luckily, they calm down by bed time. But that is part of life in Spain, so it is a minor complaint.

We contacted the owners of this apartment to let them know that we would be arriving a little past their posted times. They said that is was no problem and that they could pick us up from the train station if needed. The apartment has plenty of space and breakfast was provided. It was cereal, coffee, milk, juice, toast etc. It really helped us as we hadn't had time to pick up groceries that day. The apartment is closely situated to the main area of Merida, and there was a small cafe 2 blocks away to grab a bite to eat. I would not hesitate to recommend this to families or small groups of people.
