とても汚いホテルです。きちんとメンテナンスされていません。ランプが壊れています。Wi-Fiとテレビチャンネルがありません。顧客サービスも最悪です。

The room is as per picture advertised. Room was clean and tidy. Love the surrounding! Great stay.

Selesa untuk saya berehat & bermalam sambil bercuti di Cameron Highlands. Adik-adik pekerja semuanya baik belaka. Kena lah dengan harga cuma design perabot lama, lampu ada rosak sebiji, kerusi makan bergoyang, pintu masok terpaksa berdentum bunyinya mungkin perlu facility service, lampu di ruang iron terhad hingga 7 pagi-7 malam sahaja. Uols bawa lah iron sendiri ya. Walaupon begitu masih acceptable bersyukur dengan harga yang murah terima kasih owner resort. Pemandangan luar cantik nampak padang golf. Paling sangat penting adalah kawasan resort ni safety, dekat untuk ke tempat-tempat best dan water heater function. Terima kasih.

The three apartments we rented were just right for our group of exhausted teachers 😁😅.

Our stay at this place was really great. It is located in between Berinchang and Tanah Rata actually, where you can easily access eateries, markets etc, it's just that the convenient stores are only accessible by vehicles. The space feels like home, got kitchen, dining area, living room, 3 rooms with toilet inside each room. My suggestion is, hotel management should replace microwave to stove, maybe? and prepare a big garbage bin at each level or is there any garbage bin, but we're not informed about it? hygiene-wise was okay overall, but can be improved, maybe, give some anti-bacterial spray on sofa, curtains and beds before guests check-in, at least aired the unit before any check-in. It was a great experience with the best view you can have, and of course you're away from the traffic and noises, you can get best privacy here.

Towel pun tak disediakan disebabkan covid. Untuk hrga yang ditawarkan, semuanya okay2 sahaja.

very cosy and affordable.. we could get as lowest as RM300 after promo for 8pax with 4 rooms. the staff are also friendly. they did provide towel only 4 pieces, the rest if you need more, shall bring on your own. Average it's the best experience we ever had.

Pemandangan padang golf yang cantik namun dekat dengan stor menara Telekom yang banyak wayar2 berselirat, kebersihan tandas kurang memuaskan, perabot masih baik, namun vinyl flooring dah banyak calar, setiap bilik ada bilik air, namun Ada Satu bilik heater tidak berfungsi, kedudukan bersebelahan dengan smoke house, berhampiran dengan simpang jalan nak ke pasar mlm, boleh berjalan kaki, dalam 1 km, keseluruhan saya happy tinggal di iris house yang berpatutan dengan harga yang ditawarkan.

Sangat selesa, cuma tuala mandi je tak disediakan.

Keseluruhannya ok. Cuma kalau boleh pekerja yang berada di kaunter perlu lah yang lebih mesra pelanggan.

Kami memilih hotel ini kerana pemandangan padang golf yang hijau dan bersebelahan dengan the smokehouse. Kami diberikan unit di tingkat 2, pemandangan kurang memuaskan memandangkan ia berdepan dengan bangunan TM boleh nampak kabel2 yang bersepah dan berselirat, pada mulanya kami x kisah tapi kami dapati bilik ke 3 berkunci, kami hubungi staff hotel untuk membukanya. Alangkah terkejut bila kami dapati bilik tersebut berhabuk, lantai kotor bidai yang menutup tingkap rosak dinding terkopek cat dan TV tiada bunyi. Kami x berpuas hati kami minta diberi unit yang lain. Unit kedua lebih baik lebih bersih view pun better. Cuma masalah pada toilet ada yang flush rosak dan bilik air bertakung dan basah lantainya agak kurang selesa jika tinggal lebih lama di sana.Sarung bantal juga ad kesan sabun melekat mungkin x dicuci dengan betul.Langsir x bertukar siap ada jeragat hitam2 jelas dipandangan mata. Sofa pun dah hampir rosak di letakkan di ruang tamu.Rumusannya hotel ini perlukan major renovation dan tingkatkan tahap kebersihannya.

Hotel bersih dan sangat sesuai untuk keluarga yang membawa baby kecil. Sesuai juga untuk muslim. Sejadah dan arah kiblat disediakan. Wow Tahniah. Saya menginap aparment L3-15. Setiap bilik ada bilik air.

Sangat ok cuma bilik diatas agak gelap kurang lampu dan menyebabkan rase suram.

Guests need to return the tv remote controller + used floor mat towel to the front desk, otherwise your deposit will not be returned. As for tv remote controller, we understand it's quite norm for other hotel to practice the same but for used floor mat? I don't think it's appropriate. Hot shower only works in one of the bathroom, the rest nope. Overall, we had a good stay and rooms are spacious. Bring your own towel, the hotel doesn't provide unless with extra cost, rm10 per towel.
