何度も滞在。バスタブがある部屋。 綺麗な部屋。レセプションと部屋が離れてるのは、自分達は問題なし。朝食もステキな会場である。 BICまで歩いて7.8分

日本人にとって、違和感のないきれいで親切な対応をしてくれるホテル。 朝食もキレイなレストランで対応もグッド。

It needed a little refurbishment but other than that, all good

Clean room, great amenities and very walkable

Room was fine and staff were very courteous. Breakfast good have been nicer.

An easy comfortable overnight stay with friends, staff were very welcoming and a lovely open fire 🔥

The room was above a function for a wedding so was noisy all night and during the night. Bathroom door just slide across so not very private. Breakfast was limited, so they cooked some fresh but left the original on the plate and we had to ask to keep it warm. The second morning the freshly cooked food was just tipped on top of the older food in the warmer plates.

Room needed updating , walls in places grubby and floorboards creaked . Be careful when paying at bar and restaurant and get a receipt .

Our room was in an annexe away from main hotel very dated rooms basic pillows wafer thin. Temperamental TV. Breakfast buffet not like photos the reality is tinned prunes tinned peaches,hard bread, cereals topped up ontop of old cereal, hot food ok but tinned mushrooms, thick chewy bacon and sausages that could go threw a tank. For the price dont restrict yourself theres better cafes outside we ate it twice on our stay and disappointed both times. Swimming pool was nice but think they may be selling memberships to non residents as it was busy and certainly not for relaxing good if you want to do lengths. Once again needs a good refurbishment. Hotel looks good but there certainly is better for less. Disappointing!!

Breakfast good food could of been warmer

Room clean and quiet. Staff were amazing and bar area and spa excellent. Room (in the lodge) a little dated and breakfast could have been hotter but overall would highly recommend. Staff were really lovely and helpful. Communal areas all more modern and stylish. Easy to walk to beach and into town. Parking. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Love the pool and sauna

Very lovely staff, clean rooms and convenient location. Great basic gym and the spa facilities were an added luxury. The only negative was the breakfast - the toaster was set on so hing it burned the toast in one round and the healthy fresh options were non-exixtent. The breakfast is not worth paying for for any plant-based people.

Some Bath water leaked on to floor on emptying! Bed mattress too hard for me. Very quiet location on top floor of annexe excellent. Overall more than satisfactory.

Over the years my family and I have stayed here many times and I’m happy to say that the high standards we have previously experienced, are ongoing. Excellent staff, great facilities and a fantastic breakfast. Sadly we didn’t get a chance to use the pool and leisure facilities due to our own busy schedule, but next time we will be sure to plan less and do more! Keep up the good work all at the Connaught.

Breakfast was cold nothing apart from the toast was hot(because you put it in the toaster yourself)what they had it in was not adequate in keep it hot, from what i heard they are aware the food is cold. The room was spacious and relatively clean, bed was not the most comfortable and the pillows were flat. Would definitely recommend the spa and massage
