Got to the hotel to check in an was denied service for a room that was book 6 months in advance all because they were bought out an was never notified.

THE PROPERTY WAS VERY CLEAN AND MODERN. I would book another stay when in Lubbock.

Upon arriving to check in we learned the pool was under renovations it stated on the website it would be closed June 5-6 only. After discussing this with the front desk clerk that we’d like to cancel our reservation she looked to see if they had a cancellation policy

We chose to stay at this hotel because after five days of traveling we just needed a day to stay and relax. They advertise a swimming pool and spa so sounded perfect. After they got me checked in they let me know that the swimming pool and spa we’re not up and running and we’re being worked on and hopefully would be up by the next day. I later found out that they actually had five health code violations as they had to post it on the door. The beds were fairly comfortable, but the air conditioner never cooled down the room. We put the air conditioner to 61 and it never fell below 80 in the room the morning of our last day we realize that there was a puddle of damp carpet underneath the air conditioner. I contacted hotels.com to try to cancel my second night and rearrange a different place but when they made contact with the hotel, they were put on hold and hung up on several times.

This was functional and easy to stay.

This hotel has an elegant touch for a moderate price. The room was comfortable and spacious. We didn't use the pool, but our friends were happy to have an indoor pool in the winter. Breakfast wasn't exciting, but the coffee was good.

The pillows are like cement bags,the curtains are so old they don't close allowing the neighboring lights to keep the room bright and the door is so un even that the hall lights also seep into the room. I didn't sleep but four hiurs total because the bed was so unconformable along with the blankets. I won't be staying here in the future.

Do not expect to be able to pay with Google Wallet. Evidently their machine is not up to date. Other than that the breakfast bar was about as good as it is going to get for hotel food. The room was clean.

The breakfast was great. There was a lot variety breakfast samples. It was is quite one at night.

The rooms were clean, breakfast was good. Good place to lay our heads. Only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because we had issues with hot water.

We were charged a fee to check in early of $25. Never had that happen before anywhere else that I checked in early. The air conditioning was not working properly. Our room was not clean properly. They cleaned half of it and did not come back and finish the other half of the room.

The room was nice.... once I was moved to one with a functional shower.... and the breakfast was better than expected.

We were very satisfied with our stay at Best Western Plus. The bed was comfortable, and everything was clean. The breakfast and coffee was also good.
