The room was great and clean, staff were very helpful and the price is very affordable. The hotel has a FREE shuttle service to the airport, too. Highly recommend this place.

Good customer service and clean room.

Room was located on the side of the highway. No sound proofing as you could hear the doorbell from the other room. You could here people dragging and even walking and talking in the hallway. AC was also broken, Wifi for room had authentication error and so we tried to connect to another room with the same passport and it got through. Did not had the appetite to have their buffet breakfast. Check In was okay - fast but no interaction whatsoever- by the way, here’s a tip to management: do not verbally announce room numbers when handing keys to guests.

the staff were very accommodating, very courteous and I guess hospitality runs in the blood of this hotel. thank you for making my stay an awesome one.

このホテルは外から見ると安っぽく見えますが、中はとても清潔で（狭いながらも）、手入れが行き届いており、サービスも一流です！ホテルの裏手には素敵な雰囲気のレストランもあり、とても居心地が良いです。予算を抑えてセブ島に旅行する時や、どこかへ飛ぶ前にちょっと休憩したい時など、必ずエロイザに戻ってきます。まさに宝石のようなホテルです。

Such a great hotel. we even get a free upgrade. however wasn't able to use the pool because it seems to be a private pool of those rooms that is near to it, it's for everybody tho but its just weird. Breakfast was great need a bigger place to accomodate many guest and wider reception area. room were clean and having free transfers to the airport is an advantage. notes at the front desk that if we surrender our key card we got surprise freebies but we haven't received anything when we check-out so sad but over all great hotel. great room.
