コシツェに着くまでの列車トラブルで、予定の到着が遅れ、遅くまで受付の方が待っていてくださいました。 ありがとうございました。 電話もくださったのですが、お互い話していることが伝わらず、とりあえずもう少しで着くことだけは伝わりました。 ホテルの出発が早かったのですが、朝食も予定の時間より早めに入らせてくださり、助かりました。ありがとうございました！ 一つ気になったのは、宿泊客ではないカップルみたいな二人が、夜23時頃ホテルの玄関で居座っていたことが気になりました。 その人たちは、ホテルに入った私に、出て来てくれみたいな手ぶりをしていて、無視しましたが、周辺は注意した方がいいと少し思いました。

This is a nice hotel with spacious rooms. I like it but voices at the kitchen can pass through bathroom walls.

1泊しました。深夜遅い時間のチェックインでしたが、きちんと対応してもらえました。 チェックアウト時間も、少し遅くしてもらえたので助かりました。 街の中心部にあるので、観光スポットへのアクセスも便利で、鉄道駅・バスターミナルへも徒歩圏内です。 部屋の内装も新しく、快適に過ごせました。

旧市街近くの便利な立地条件、設備は特に問題ありません。受付が24時間対応で、早朝の出発だったのですが、朝食をパックしてくれて持たせてくれました。親切な心使いに嬉しくなりました。

立地 タイトル通り。看板があるので分かりやすい。観光にも良し。１０分圏内に、大きい公園、カフェがたくさんある。 スタッフ 女性しかいなかった。若い方達は非常に愛想が良かった。が、少しお年を召した方達は、愛想がなさ過ぎた。 部屋 ツイン。バスタブ付き。エレベーターは無しだが、段数は多くないし、通路も広いので問題無い。 エクスペディアで割引されていたので使用したが、チェックアウトの時の清算で、それがされていなかった。早朝出発で時間が無かったことと、交渉するのも面倒だったので諦めた。チェックイン時に確認するべきだと感じた。正規料金で考えても、費用対効果は悪くないと思う。だが、残念だった。

The room looked fairly worn out - however, it was clean and spacious and the staff were so, so helpful - I wish I knew one of their names because she went above and beyond to answer my questions. Breakfast was great and so was the location - have to recommend this place.

"Deluxe-suite" must be an inside joke Where do I begine do I begin. The bed was uncomfortable, the bathroom was small and had a mysterious smell of sewage, and the curtains (not blackout as listed) couldn't even cover the full window – meaning I was gifted light in room all night. The noise and acoustics in the room were terrible, you could constantly hear the receptionist or neighbor coughing, plus you could hear what the neighbor was doing in the toilet. The TV had no international channels, and the WiFi was too weak and slow to stream anything. Breakfast: Found long black hair in my fried egg and gristle in my ham. Dissapointing! This is my first and last stay. Zero stars if I could.

Centrally located independent hotel in the heart of Kosice. Nice room and staff very welcoming. Breakfast was also good. Would recommend for short stays.

Clean and tidy room and helpful staff

Porém o atendimento por parte dos funcionários foram péssimo!! A segunda atendente foi extremamente grosseira, inclusive fazendo sinal para "calar a boca"... e como não bastasse, no café da manhã, fomos vigiado o tempo todo.. situação muito desagradável! Péssimo!

Quiet location and convenient for the old town.

Room was clean and quiet. Staff at check in were helpful. Convenient location in the city. Breakfast was tasty. Shower worked very well.

Property was clean and modern but basic. No tea and coffee facilities in the room and no hair dryer and thin towels.

struttura assolutamente adeguata per un soggiorno breve in questa bella città. Nel centro e abbastanza capiente. I cuscini avrebbero potuto essere più duri. Inoltre la colazione è un po' limitata nelle scelte di frutta e manca di varietà di latte senza lattosio, ma nel complesso è ok
