Hotelの状態は悪くないが、車の騒音が日中うるさかったのが残念。古いホテルをリニューアルしたのかメキシコらしい部屋の内装は悪くないし清潔です。自然な風が入るし、扇風機もついています。

Even though we came rather late, the manager guided us to the parking lot down the street and waited there while we circled the block. She was very friendly. The hotel was very clean, attractive. The only complaint is the air conditioner was difficult to use. A simple ceiling fan would keep the air moving and be comfortable.

Muy sucio. La cama estaba llena de cabellos cortos y largos, no me gustó ese detalle y por la mañana hay mucho ruido porque el personal pasa y habla fuerte

Habitación muy bonita, tranquila y con una iluminación bastante acorde al estilo de la habitación. La propiedad en general es pequeña, pero bastante bonita. Todo excelente, solamente que el internet falla mucho, fuera de eso, maravilloso. Recomendado.

Cerca del centro caminando 8 min bien ubicado frente a restaurante Simona. Lo q luego falló mucho era el WIFi y el aire condicionado hacía mucho calor en la habitación. El personal amable.

Buena ubicación

Muy bonito lugar, muy cómodo y muy cerca del centro y en general muy bien. El personal un poco serio pero servicial. Lo que pueden mejorar son las almohadas y las toallas que le pongan un poco de suavizante están muy rasposas.

I like the hotel is so closer to everything

The staff was always nice and helpful. This hotel has parking right around the corner and it's a quick and easy walk to downtown. There's a free water refill in the lobby. The room was definitely a bit run down. Sheets and pillow cases were really rough and pilled. My biggest issue was the bathroom. The trashcan next to the toilet was dirty from previous occupants, the plastic liner wasn't changed, as a result the bathroom spelt very bad as soon as we got in the room. The lighting in the bathroom is really bad so it's hard to see in the shower but I could still see the mold. We were here 2 nights and decided to wait until our next hotel to shower because didn't want to use it again. There is no ventilation in the bathroom just a hole that goes into the room. The lighting in the room is very harsh if that bothers you. The air conditioner started leaking but thankfully we noticed it before it did more than get my bag a little wet. We did find a dead cockroach but that's probably an issue across the city and not just them.

The property is well maintained and managed, but it is still a long way away from the boutique hotel it wants to be. The whites are very old as well as the beds and mattresses. The isolation is not good enough, and it is priced above its category.

La ubicación es excelente, llegas al centro de Morelia a pie en pocos minutos, además de tener cerca varios lugares emblemáticos. El servicio es excelente por parte de su personal y es un lugar muy tranquilo para descansar.
