シャワールームが水浸しになる（洗面所）

I really love this room — the large bathtub, the location in New York, and the spaciousness for this price. It’s just that the room cleaning wasn’t done properly every day, and there were several days when towels and coffee weren’t set up, which was inconvenient and disappointing.

When checking out, I informed my email address to the reception as the receipt will be sent via email. However, after the day, I didn’t receive any email. I contacted the hotel by both this hotels.com chat and their email address (2 times). However, so far, I am not receiving any email for 2 week now. So that I am not able to claim the reimbursement to my company as this was the business trip. I hope I can get the reply from them as soon as possible. The room and staying experience itself is okay, but the problem is that I cannot receive the receipt and no reply at all.

SOHOにもリトルイタリーにも近く、Brooklynにも近いので便利。お世辞にも広く快適無空間とは言えないけど、納得できる空間でした。 ルーフトップバーがあまり充実していないので、隣のホテルの屋上に行きました(^^;;

Location!

Ideal location for getting around. The hotel itself was tired - ripped curtains in our room and the lifts were a nightmare with one that didn't work at all. The worst feature of this hotel is that it has a VERY LOUD nightclub that keeps you awake on Thurs, Fri and Sat nights.

The hotel was dirty and no plugs for phones. Took forever to get the ice we requested. The rooms were shabby, shower, phone and coffee pots, and floors were filthy. Had to clean the phone and coffee pot ourselves. The hotel needs a major makeover.

Someone stole my Gucci slides from my room when I left it change rooms. This is unacceptable and I will never stay here again. Don’t leave your your valuables in the room because the staff will steal them.

O hotel é muito bom, entrega o que está descrito, pela atenção e gentileza de todo Staff. A região é horrível, insegura, suja, barulhenta, sem absolutamente nada por fazer. Por fim, nos é oferecido uma bebida como membros Gold Expedia, o hotel oferece um vinho de baixíssima qualidade. Melhor não oferecer. Reforço que o staff supera em muito as necessidades.

Very noisy due to the night club on the property

The hotel was old looking and we were given a room right below the club, even though we asked for a higher floor. It was a very dark hotel (not very bright and light), and our shower/sink did not drain properly. I wouldn't stay here again!

The staff are all very helpful, kind and welcoming.

Noise from the nightclub is terrible, apart from that it’s a nice hotel with good transport options

Stayed at Sixty LES for a girls weekend and it was a great time. Amazing restaurant, prime location close to shopping, many restaurants, and a robust nightlife. Staff was amazing. I highly recommend!

The staff are amazing!!! Extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are slightly more run down then the pictures portrayed but it’s conveniently located and the pool was a nice option.

Jimmy gave us great service at the front desk. Helped us find restaurants. Facilitated Check in for entire group of ten.

Great location, away from the busy touristy area, yet giving the Manhattan vibe. Very friendly and understanding staff.

Loved my stay, the view was amazing, the staff was extremely efficient and wasted no time assisting me when needed. Will be back again.
