Reception service is so good and helpful.

Honestly, I don’t recomend this hotel someone searching for a comfortable hotel. Because the room is not so much confortable, just work as the room or lodge with weak shower or wind blow into.. But at least, the housekeepers are working well to have us stay as happy as possible. So I’d like strongly to do to those who want to enjoy the beach inside national reserve park of Tulum. First of all, the beach is magnificent with a few people; so you can enjoy private beach. Second, you can enjoy everything of beach(this is kind of trade off with comfortability) ; you can enjoy sound of tide and vmagnificent of view all the day. And each dish is good, if you don’t mind, you don’t need to go out of hotel to have the dishes; but I’d like improvement in spped of service.. Even my small daughter insisted to stay. If you’d like enjoy the beach, this wil be a good choice. I think.

ー：penthouseという部屋に泊まりました。内装めちゃくちゃ可愛いのですが床がまっすぐであればよかったです。 ＋：とにかく雰囲気がとても素晴らしかった。Villaの作りが可愛いしプライベートビーチがすごく素敵でした。この時は満月だったということもあり、とってもロマンチック！！レストランでランチをしましたが良い雰囲気でした。周りに結構良いレストランもあるので食べ物に飽きることもありません。バスルーム付きの部屋を選んだので他のレビューにあるような不便さは感じませんでした。 また、このホテルのお抱えタクシードライバーに連れて行ってもらったセノーテ（有料）が本当に素晴らしかった。Tulumに行くならまた是非行きたいホテルです。

The place needs a lot of updates, when it rains the water goes inside the cabins, it is super hot and muggy and they do not offer a portable ac or any options for the room to cool down. There's an animal that goes in guest cabins. Thru the leaking roof and looks for food . The cabins are covered with tarps so water does not get inside, and all the Beach was full of sargassum. Also the government wants to charge you every day you enter the hotel property?

Es la tercera vez que me quedo en el Diamante K y siempre ha sido una experiencia estupenda. La ubicación permite realmente estar en un lugar privado fuera del Tulum al otro lado. Excelente en el servicio, la comida y ubicación

This was not there fault in a way, I did not read the part of sharing washroom amenities and was alet dow. The other factor it was that we have only afan for cooling and una place where the weather is over 30c at night that is well not good. Also the whole having to go through military security was about to much because the Internet does not work properly by the gate area and it took a long time to be able to confirm I had a reservation.

I was extremely disappointed that there is no air conditioning in the rooms. It was definitely my fault I didn’t do my due diligence on checking if they had it but I assumed all hotels did. It was extremely uncomfortable, hot and sticky, not enjoyable. I had to leave early. The walls in the bedrooms were gross, shower was dirty looking and worn down. The greeter at the front desk said there was a pool, it was green and had caution tape all around it.. beach was covered in sea weed. Just overall not good.

The hotel was beautiful. We stayed for 5 nights. First 3 nights we stayed in a cute little room with beach view, which I loved a lot. Later we got an upgrade to a Pent house. The staff was very helpful to do so, However it was not as beautiful as the previous one. There were lots of insects in the room, even when the windows and door were closed. I am very scared of them so it was very difficult for me to survive those 2 nights. However the experience in the hotel and with the staff was amazing. I would love to come again and stay in the same room I was staying at first. The beautiful sunrise and breezy morning. I wish I could stay there a little longer.

It’s definitely a property that looks better in pictures than in person. We only stayed one night and proceeded to check out. The beaches were just a tad bit too dirty for our liking and the rooms were definitely not what I expected. Overall hospitality was amazing.

We rarely return to a holiday destination twice. Our family rule is “we cannot go back until we have seen the whole world” but …. We have enjoyed this slice of heaven twice now and we are considering making it our annual escape ❤️ The food is amazing too!

Resort is in a great location! Staff was friendly. Casa Maria has great food! Rooms are cute. A lil musty and I had no hot water so had to move from an ocean view villa to one in the back. I enjoyed my stay just wish I didn’t have to switch rooms or at least got upgraded, not downgraded.

Not the quiet place I was expecting :( Rooms have no insulation of any kind so you can hear everything and everybody around you Also, lots of street noise woke me up every single day Restaurant has great food but bad service It did not worth the money

Tough to review because the grounds are stunning. Some of the staff are absolutely amazing and go out of their way to make sure you feel welcomed. I had some great moments and some terrible ones so it’s a real mixed bag. They provide great grounds, the beach is amazing and it’s a good value for being in the park it felt like a once in a lifetime exp for sure. I loved it. So fun. The artwork is stunning, but the room was bad. I room had barely enough lighting. There was no fan except one built in above the bed. The shower was growing black mold. Yes the toxic kind. I had a full blown reaction but many people do not believe in this sort of thing so I typically donoot relier it.

Place is clean and cozy , staff very attentive and helpful .
