アティトラン湖と言えば、迷わずここに泊まっています。魅力はなんといっても景色が素晴らしいジャグジーとプール。水着を忘れずに。

パナハッチェルのメインストリート、サンタンデール通りから離れているので不便かな、と心配でしたが、トゥクトゥクであっと言う間に着きます（一人Q10）。 街から離れている分落ち着いており、アティトラン湖を眺めながらゆったりと過ごせます。 プロの手によりデザイン、管理されている庭園も見逃せません。

Wonderful place and customer service

El hotel es hermoso, los alrededores son un espectáculo, el restaurante un 10/10. Lo unico que no me gusto es que en el cuarto hacia MUCHA CALOR. Los ventiladores que tienen no echan casi aire, son muy flojos y hace mucha calor en el cuarto a pesar de que la temperatura baja en el cuarto no se siente. Recomiendo ventiladores de techo en vez de las lamparas o hasta algunos cuartos con aire acondicionado.

Wonderful hotel, staff, gardens and pool. Wifi is nonexistent in the rooms - Very frustrating.

Unfortunately our mountain view was completed blocked by dense forest so no Fuego view which is why we booked this property in the first place. I would consider booking directly with them as they can specify which room you actually get and not Russian roulette

Tuve un inconveniente por que eramos; según yo el tema ya se habia aclarado por mail, sin embargo, me hicieron pagar otro cuarto sencillo para dos noches con un costo adicional de USD 550.00 de lo que ya había pagado. En total me salió super cara la estadía

The gardens and atmosphere are amazing! 10/10! Wonderful place to stay. Lower expectations about the staff with the restaurant and bar if you come from the USA, they move at a different pace, relative to the rest of Guatemala. So plan accordingly when ordering drinks and food, also don’t order directly from the bar, use the waitress/waiter the bartender will deliberately overcharge you for drinks. Again I highly recommend the hotel because it is amazing, just be aware and expect a relaxed service and atmosphere.

Lugar con jardines hermosos. Las habitaciones ya estan un poco viejas y recomendaria una remodelacion. Alimentos buenos en el restaurante pero poco caros. Staff muy amable y atento. Recomendaria algunas actividades para la noche, ya que no hay nada que hacer una vez que oscurece.

Muy cálido y lindo el hotel y la habitación, la cama bastante cómoda, el servicio de comidas es de buena calidad.

I enjoyed the property grounds with beautiful gardens, the pool was pretty and the view of the lake was fantastic. My room was clean and there were plenty of activities to do at the hotel or in walking distance.

I stayed at Hotel Atitlán, and honestly, it was just gorgeous. The views of the three volcanoes were absolutely breathtaking, and the gardens felt like this magical, winding maze. My room had this antique charm, and from the balcony, we could see the whole garden—it was so peaceful. The pool was lovely, and one of the highlights was a private boat tour we arranged. We visited islands where we learned about coffee, honey, and chocolate—so fascinating. Then we went to another island for zip-lining, with an incredible view at the top. We also took a canoe out on the lake, which was really calming. The breakfast buffet was amazing—so many options, and everything tasted fresh. The staff was nice, but I didn’t feel like they were quite as attentive as at the first hotel. They were still responsive, especially through WhatsApp, but when we had an issue with the shower water turning brown after a rain, they didn’t come right away. They just told us to run the water, but didn’t really explain what was happening. My friend did shower, but by the time the staff checked, the water was already clear. Even with that hiccup, the natural beauty and unique experiences made it unforgettable, and I’d still come back just for the scenery.
