Just old and not clean hallway

ホテルの近くにはパン屋さん、ガソリンスタンド、スーパマーケット等があり便利ですが、ラグジュアリー感はありません。

ホテルは海沿いですがオーシャンビューは少しの部屋だけ 小さなプールがありきれいです。 部屋は殺風景ですが汚くは無い。 シングルベッドは合わせて仕えるので子供ずれはクイーンベッドサイドよりも便利です。

部屋から海が見えて快適でした。またホテルのスタッフの対応もたいへん良かったです。

Great location. Nice room (king suite) Comfortable bed.

The room was clean but dated. The bathroom was large but oddly not very ergonomic. The bottom of the toilet was heavily stained. The carpet and tile looked new. The bed was clearly a spring mattress, not overly comfortable. The window from the room looked out on the pool but had a heavy covering over it and the room was dark. The windows, the restaurant where they gave a simple breakfast were very dirty. Overall, it was clean enough for the price but it is a mediocre place. Mediocre is not bad but it's not good, either.

We stayed for three nights in an ocean view room. Room has a nice view and is of a good size, bed was comfortable. Denham was very quiet. The resort is of reasonable standard but showing the impact of being close to the sea and a needs a good refurbishment, staff we met were pleasant and helpful. We travelled out to Monkey Mia, about a 25 minute easy drivre, to see the doplhins, the facilities there are amazing.

The property looked a little dated, but was functional. The service in the restaurant was poor

Rooms are spacious and clean. The location is perfect. Restaurant pleasant. What else can you ask for?

I stayed here for 4 nights in total, unfortunately it was extremely disappointing. I had the “Please make up my room” sign on constantly and it was never done. Unless you call pulling up the bed sheets once. Towels were never changed, no milk replacement, no rubbish remove and no toilet paper, so I ended up using tissues.

Generell ok, die Zimmer könnten na renoviert werden. Die Matratze war sehr durchgelegen. Hotelrestaurant mit Bar ist nett

Location is great and staff were lovely. But the hotel is very dated. The outside of the fridge was very dirty - I didn’t complain though as the inside was clean so I suppose that’s what matters. It felt like I paid a lot for something basic - but there aren’t too many accommodation options.

Disgusted. Booked an “oceanside” room with a balcony and got a room out the back with a view of the backyard. When I went back the Philipino reception lady said “but you can see the ocean from your balcony” $207 ! I could have stayed at the pub for $117 and got a better view. They also wanted my phone/email/address/credit card and car registration. I arrived by plane and there is non taxi in town and they would not pick me up the 4km so I had to hire a car costing $200 even though they advertise a 24hr Airport Shuttle. Then to top it off the power went out from 6pm 1am so couldnt charge my phone, then the power came on and woke everybody up. Expedia has all my information. The demanding of my personal info is completely unnecessary and probably just wanted for marketing. I hope Expedia removes them from their list. Please see my Google review for photos.

Large comfortable room with side ocean views - only one key given which was inconvenient as room worked with key in socket so hubby couldn’t sleep if I wanted to go for a walk to explore

It was a good experience staying at the heritage. The filo receptionist was friendly and accomodating

The moment i walked in i knew we would not be staying the 2 nights ,even if we had to pay for it, Very smelly, shower curtains were moldy Bed was ok ,curtains hanging off rods Tiles leading up to room were filthy
