家族で宿泊するには部屋が少し狭いと感じましたが感じの良い部屋でした。 朝食は種類が豊富でパン類が美味しかったです。

チェンナイ空港へ深夜に到着。ホテルには深夜2時近くに到着したが、受付のスタッフはとても親切に対応してくれ、いい気分でチェックインできた。 部屋はとても清潔感があり、ぐっすり眠ることが出来た。朝食はバイキングで種類も多くおいしかった。 インドのホテルのイメージが良くなった。

Clean rooms. Easy and comfortable stay. Courteous service.

Very bad service and rude staffs... Especially front desk... They even charged my guest the room charges which was piad by me in advance.

Poor Room service quality. Stayed in Room on 7 th floor. Rooms were left unlocked after cleaning twice within a week. Stayed between Nov 30-Dec7th 2025 Loud music & party lasted till 4.30 AM obstructing sleep.

Great room, Great service, Great Food. There are no other hotel better than Novotel in this SIPCOT area. Please keep up the great work! i stayed here for total 13 nights and wish stayed longer!

I have no hesitation in recommending this property to stay at if there is a need for you to stay in this area. Currently Chennai is in a bit of a traffic chokehold as they frantically try and build their metro which makes travelling anywhere in Chennai a bit of an ordeal. However this place is an oasis of peace and calm in this chaos. It is close to Marina mall, and Ganga sweet shop is reasonably easy to access if you have transport if you are looking to take indian sweets on your travels. Crossing the road can be done at risk to live and limb, much as any other Indian city ! The rooms were good, good AC. Standard TV fare for India, with BBC World and french world tv available. Staff attentive. I needed a late check out room for which they charged half the room rate if occupying until 18.00. Breakfast fine; didn't use pool or gym; pool is 2 ft deep at one end and 4ft at the other.We ate from the a la carte menu and what we chose was decent. It is about an hour from the airport.

pros: quite room, nice bed, coffee machine works great. WI-FI signal strong and fast. Variety of desserts, fast breakfast time cons: can't think for now.

Food was great

My husband and I went for a relaxing weekend getaway. The spa on site was excellent and helped us achieve our goal. The gym was great too. The staff are incredibly friendly!! The buffets were good and we didn't really need to step out.

Good Property to stay in Navalur.

There was ni accomodation for drivers. Lot of mosquitoes hence driver struggle d a lot. When he asked for restroom, he was treated badly and said there is none.

Property was great and staff was very nice and helpful.

Air conditioning was not working at all in all the 8 rooms we had booked. Maintenance didn’t help us much.

Clean pillows, dust free rooms. Unable to set AC at 24. Default is 22. Provide sleepers, shower curtains
