タオルの交換がないのを知らなくて1日目で全部濡らしてしまい、2日目は濡れタオルを使った。かび臭く、換気が悪いので洗濯物は乾かなかった。

世界一綺麗な図書館のすぐそばです。 観光に食事に便利でした。 スーパーまで徒歩10分、ランドリーまでも徒歩１０分程度です。 部屋は綺麗で、冷蔵庫、キッチンも揃っています。

レストランや観光場所に徒歩でもアクセスしやすく、部屋も広くて綺麗でした。

立地がよく、どこに行くにも出やすい。部屋もとても広くて清潔。

目の前の道路は交通量の多い坂道でバス停がある。道路側の部屋の窓は2重であるが、急発進するバスの音が聞こえる。部屋はさほど広くはない。朝食は8時からとやや遅い。ハムやチーズの量は一定で、ビュッフェとは呼びがたい。下の小さな広場には飲食店が並んでおり、夕食に便利。またポルトの中心部の観光スポットにも比較的近く、これまた便利。

ダブルベッドルームに４泊しましたが、部屋の掃除も行き届いていて、朝食も充実していて、とても満足しました。

若い女性スタッフは英語を話せますが、その他の方は話せませんので、聞きたいことが聞けない感じです。二泊しましたが、清掃はなかったです。立地も駅からは遠く、さらに坂道を上がるので、結構きついかもしれません。可もなく不可もなく。。。なホテルです。

ポルトの町歩きは適した立地です。ホテルスタッフ、清潔さ、部屋の快適さ、それぞれ文句ありません。ただし、エレベーターがないので重たい荷物は一苦労ですが、それも忘れさせるようなよさです。ポルトに尋ねることがあれば、また利用したいホテルです。

Muy buena estadia. La habitacion es muy comoda y esta muy bien equipada con cocina y todo lo necesario para cocinar . Buen aire acondicionado / calefaccion. Excelente ubicacion. Staff muy amigable especialmente Daisy y el chico argentino q olvide su nombre. Hay que pedir que te limpien la habitacion si asi lo deseas. 100% recomendado.

Equipped kitchen for cooking and the accommodation is in a great location.

This property has lots of stairs and no handrails. Booked a studio unit and it had an elevator to that floor but still had several steps to negotiate before reaching the elevator. Room was large but floor in kitchen buckling, handle missing in shower, not many places to hang towels in bathroom. It did have a good A/C unit and nice bedding. Staff was also extremely helpful in helping us navigate the stairs with our luggage. Location was near a bustling area with many bars and restaurants.

Frühstück war frisch und gut, aber ohne Abwechslung.

We stayed in this studio for just one night before our trip to Lisbon, and I must say it's a great location. It's easy to find, check-in took just minutes, and the door to our studio opened right in front of us. Everything is very clean, the kitchen has everything you need, the bed is large and comfortable, and the bathroom is large and clean. From the window, you can see the small restaurants below. When you exit the building, there's a wonderful little cafe downstairs with excellent pastries and fantastic coffee, and everything is affordable. All the sights are within walking distance because the hotel is located right in the center. Everything was great, and the 9.2 rating is absolutely right.

Centralt beläget med bra avstånd till både buss (precis utanför) och metro. Tyvärr är det bara det som var bra. Vårat rum hade tydligt mögel på väggarna och i badrummet hittade vi silverfiskar varje dag. De kändes inte så trevlig att sova i sängarna med tanke på rummet skick. Vid ett tillfälle tog frukosten slut innan vi hann äta (frukosten är öppen 8-10, vi gick ner 9:20), och personalen i receptionen har olika nivåer av engelska kunskaper, men det gick att kommunicera med hjälp av Google translate.

Great location, lots of cafes and restaurants nearby! Our room was perfect!
