Clean No kitchen utensils or cutleries or kitchen paper/towel was provided in the efficiency unit. What was provided or not provided should be decribed in the reservation page, so that the guest can be prepared. This is almost universal for Microtel.

One of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever stayed in, great staff, cute little pool, 24/7 coffee and tea, great free breakfast and cozy rooms.

I enjoyed our stay, but had problems with heat situation, tried turning up heat but it was abit cold but its ok.

Clean room they only bad thing is parking. Not enough parking very hard to park.

My room and the hotel was clean, parking lot was plowed from snow each day I was there. It was a bad wind and snow storm. My room was warm and I was happy with the location while traveling.

Room was clean except for some recycling bottles left in the bin

Nice clean rooms. Only down fall was during the snow storm snow was blowing in through the AC unit

Clean, quiet, close to hospital and medical offices. Friendly staff and hot breakfast. Needs snowbanks pushed back to provide safer access and exit from the parking lot. Otherwise a reasonably priced place to stay.

Excellent staff and great place to stay

We had a long drive from Thunder Bay to Sault Ste Marie and was glad we did the pre-registration online. When we arrived, we were practically handed our keys and went straight to bed. The staff were great. Breakfast area very clean and well stocked. Thank you everyone.
