Clean No kitchen utensils or cutleries or kitchen paper/towel was provided in the efficiency unit. What was provided or not provided should be decribed in the reservation page, so that the guest can be prepared. This is almost universal for Microtel.

First time staying here and it was beautiful. Will stay again while traveling to the Soo.

The security deposit is not just 100 per night, they upcharge you when you get there. For 2 nights I paid 500 security deposit. The pools is incredibly small as well.

Best place to stay in the Soo

Staff was friendly. There was a loud noise coming from the middle of the wall as we tried to sleep. Sounded like water was draining into the wall. When I say loud, I mean it. Woke the husband from dead sleep. Also, the door to my room doesn’t close on its own. For me, not a big deal, as I always make sure that the door is closed and obviously locked, but some people don’t and trust the hard close. Pillows are tiny! Bed was good. Free breakfast was good! Don’t think this hotel would be a choice to stay again. Did tell front desk about the door and water sounds.
