Very nice, good breakfast. Slower elevator. Nice relaxing stay.

There’s a super store and Tim Hortons across the road. A restaurant in the same parking lot. Beds are comfortable, pillows are amazing. Rooms are a good size. The bathroom is big. Pool amenities are good

Staff is friendly

We were warmly welcomed when we arrived. Rooms were clean and it was quiet. There is shopping all around not too far from the hotel and great restaurants. There was a slow storm the day we were leaving and the staff shoveled out to our vehicle doors. That was really nice. Overalll it was a great stay!

This hotel is my favorite place. Everything was perfect this time except a little bit of stink smell on the blanket.

Central location, clean room with many amenities. There was friendly staff, the breakfast had so many options and parking was easy.

Breakfast was excellent. Neighborhood was sketchy. Super convenient travelling with our dog. We could hear a bit of noise from other guests. Overall, we would stay again.

Best place to stay in Thunder Bay!

Our room was very clean and the staff were very kind and helpful. I was able to walk to the local mall quite easily and there is a restaurant right next to the hotel.
