11泊しました。チェックインは午前0時、チェックアウトは午前4時にもかかわらずとてもスムーズでした。場所は最高ニツシビーチまで徒歩3分、スーパー、飲食店も徒歩圏内。プールも綺麗。ハーフボートのプランでしたが、毎日美味しいです。ただし夕食時のドリンクは別です。1Lの水€2.2。ハウスキーパーはあまり綺麗ではないですが、3星としてはいいと思います。週4回無料のショーがあり家族連れには最適なホテルです。レンタカーがあれば綺麗なビーチがたくさんありすぎて迷う位です。超おすすめのホテルです。

Pool was greate, games section was a little worn down with ping pong table rackets semi destroyed and some machines not working. Breakfast was greate, but lunch and dinner was very bad! There is many bad reviews about this for a reason!!!! The hotel has a greate location for Nissi Beach, and a short busride away form Ayia Napa downtown.

Hotel in der Nähe (200m) des beliebten Nissi-Strandes. Parkplätze vorm Haus, Restaurants an der Hauptstrasse von Agia Napa gut zu Fuß oder per Bus zu erreichen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig ("Continental" mit lokalen Erzeugnissen als Ergänzung). Pool ist in gutem Zustand. Sonnenliegen und Schirme stehen zur Verfügung. Das gesamte Personal, ob an der Rezeption, das Reinigungspersonal oder die Mitarbeiter, die das Buffet betreuen, war sehr freundlich! Uns hat die Randlage von Agia Napa gefallen, sodass wir zwar direkt an der Hauptstraße wohnten, allerdings abseits des größten Trubels.

Ok place. Not on the beach, and if you are in nissiana bungalows it is 600m to beach. Decent walk when it’s hot. 5 stars for breakfast people.

We had a fantastic stay at the Nissiana Hotel in Ayia Napa. While it may not be the newest hotel, the level of cleanliness and service is absolutely top-notch—the highest you could ask for. The food was also a huge highlight. It was clean and excellent, with a great selection of authentic Greek dishes that made our dining experience wonderful. Every member of the staff was incredibly kind and helpful, making our overall experience truly exceptional. We highly recommend this hotel!

Amazing hotel and very helpfull staff. Tea/coffee in room but not milk.

The hotel matched the pictures and met expectations for a 3-star stay. Some rooms are renovated, others need updating, but it's still fine. Reception staff were great—my flight was late, and they let me store luggage and use shower facilities after checkout. I only had breakfast, which was the same every day, so check food options if booking all-inclusive. Overall, it's a nice place, very close to the beach, and ideal for a short beach vacation.
