The hotel and room are clean and the staff are accommodating. The downside is there is no elevator, but the staff are very helpful in carrying your luggage.

The place is clean, cozy, and nice. We are on the 3rd floor. It would have been better if there was an elevator, especially with all the heavy luggage we had. Staff cannot speak or understand English, so be ready with your Google Translate. Check-in and check-out was very easy. The place is about 10 minutes away by bus to Shibuya. Convenient location.

Nice,quiet places,nice for relax,room clean,service apartment. Safe, the service good. Room with wifi,tv,freezer,microwave,also have kitchen completed. Near grocery,need 15 minutes walk to get the subwaytrain. But its Buss stop next to the hotel with many route and buss also easy to find. The staff friendly,nice,they explain very well what I ask. And one of the best is, I can check in early, more than 2 hours faster. Because normal check in is at 3 pm
