寧波を訪れた時は、いつもウェスティンを利用しています。何度泊まっても快適に過ごさせてもらっています。ワイングラス、マグカップ、珈琲等備品も万全で、気に入っています。ただ一つ、スリッパはウェスティンのロゴ刺繍入りだったのが、マリオット系列になって経費削減か刺繍なしの無地になっていて、少し残念。

タオルが少し臭った。 ３人２ベッドだったが、１つをダブルの部屋にしてくれた？ コンセントが一つ壊れていた。 Wi-Fiが弱かった。

寧波では毎回ウェスティンに泊まっていますが、スタッフの接客態度、お部屋の快適さ、何もかも満足です。ただ、各所老朽化も目立って来ているのは行く都度感じています。今回はバスタブの蓋の開閉が硬かったのが気になった。また今後も泊まるつもりです。

Bell boys are friendly, kind, and helpful. Located in very close to many attractive sites. We can enjoy river-side walking with great feast of lights and comfortable breezing. Appreciating for the service of wine for celebration. The ratio who can speak, understand English is not relatively high among international hotels with over 4.5 stars in China. They seemed only applicable to elementary English in almost categories. Not easy to communicate with correctly. We could not recognize who was, were the concierges. Seemed information, own services had not been shared with among staffs. Swimming pool and its related facilities are good for women, but not for men. (cold jacuzzi bath, etc.) There were a few cheerful, warm hearted staffs, but almost seemed dull, not positive in services, hospitalities. We could never get the replies to our queries even on We-Chat.

何度泊まっても心地良い大好きなホテル。 年々室内設備の老朽化は否めないが、今回はランプカバーも貼り替えられていたし、色々と手を加えている点が好印象。お部屋の位置にもよるが、シティービューの広々ビューバスは爽快でオススメ！

他の外資系ホテルと比較しても今のところここが部屋、設備、対応ともベストです。天一広場に近いのも便利でした。

寧波ウェスティンは8度目くらいのリピート。お気に入りのホテルですが、今回は室内設備の老朽化が目立った。バスタブのシャワーと蛇口の切り替えレバーが堅くて両方出っ放し。ランプのシミも気になった。ソファーは新しくなったようだがマジックテープ付きで安っぽい。また、予約時にリクエストした内容が全くホテル側に伝わっておらず、希望の眺めの間取りでなかったのも残念。

目の前が天一広場という大規模なショッピングモールがあり、便利な立地。観光地のお寺エリアへも徒歩でOK！食事にも便利！一番のお気に入りはバスルーム♡ゆったりつかれるバスタブに、お外が眺められる優雅な造り。あまりの快適さに何度も宿泊しているリピーターです。 一つ言うなら、

Great location and staff very helpful.

The staff is very helpful and courteous. Got attended by Ms. Veronica Miao, excellent customer service as my wifi wasn't able to connect. I went to the front desk and she helped me right away. The rooms are clean and well appointed. I always go for Marriott properties. Property is Infront of Tianyi Square which makes shopping and dining very convenient.

Great location, heart of the city with a grant shopping mall next to it. Countless restaurant near by, plus helpful and friendly staffs, good choice for sure! BTW, breakfast is phenomenal!

It’s not a 5 star hotel, rooms are old, and the breakfasts it’s pretty bad. It’s a good hotel but not a 5 star hotel, needs some improvement. Staff is nice and helpful but very few speak English

Excellent hotel in the middle of downtown. Vibrant illuminated city of Ningbo . I will be back for sure
