周りに観光施設や買い物するところがある

部屋は温かいホットシャワー、ヒーターが完備されているので寒いクスコでも快適に過ごせました。清掃も行き届いておりました。スタッフも親切で観光のアドバイスをくれたりしました。ロケーションも5分程度歩けば、中心地に着きました。値段を考慮するとコストパフォーマンスが高いと思いました。

まずはスッタフですがとてもフレンドリーで笑顔で接客してくれるので自然とこちらも笑顔になりますし疲れも取れます。 部屋は広めの中庭に面していてそれなりに光も入ります。 WiFiもメールチェックやニュースを更新するくらいなら全く問題ありませんが動画になるとちょっと遅れます。 今回宿泊した部屋が１階だったので２階からの排水の流れる音が一晩中聞こえてきたので音が気になる人には厳しいと思いいます。

Good location in Cusco town. Stuff was very helpful. Luggage storage was available. Things to be improved: Location of hotel shown in google map wasn’t correct. Hotel should update the location.

Hotel maravilhoso o quarto mais limpo q ficamos, chuveiro com água bem quentinha e arrumação dos quartos impecavel. Atendimento muito bom e já fechamos lá mesmo o passei para o vale sagrado com o custo benefício muito bom. Funcionários muito atenciosos e fora a localização muito boa e perto de tudo.

You get what you pay for I guess. Pretty bland hotel, tiny room, basic amenities. We moved after one night to a much more vibrant hotel at same price.

The room was very large but a bit outdated. The room was heated but not the bathroom. Overall service was not even with some staff nice and helpful other not so much. Also tour salesperson at the hotel refused to take credit cards for even the most expensive tours, like Machu Picchu

The location is ideal, about 10 mins from Plaza Armas. The rooms were spacious and very powerful showers. The only cons were breakfast was very limited and lot of noise at night from traffic if your room was facing street. But overall very good.

Great little hotel, amazing friendly staff, close to the main square, delicious breakfast, would recommend!

Houve apenas um pequeno problema, que foi originado pela equivocada comunicação entre o Hoteis.com e o Hotel de estadia, que foi resolvida depois que nos comunicamos com o Hoteis.com.

Localização muito boa, e ótimo custo benefício. Café da manhã justo e funcionários super simpáticos. Quartos um pouco escuro e não tem blackout. Pode-se ouvir um pouco de barulho dos outros quartos por ser um prédio antigo.
