Perfect location, very nice space. We loved My Suites. It's in an ideal location - just a block from some very nice shopping and restaurants to the North, and an easy walk to Chiado, the TimeOut Market, Castelo de São Jorge and more. Bairro Alto - the neighbourhood around My Suites - is a clubbing area (which may be to your liking or not). It can get quite busy at night. BUT: the street that My Suites is on is dead quiet. We could not hear any noise at night, even with our courtyard window open. Just the occasional car on the road behind.

The room had lots of space, it was clean, bright and comfortable. It was a bit different than expected. The photos when booking showed a room that was a bit nicer than the one we received but the room was still great. Depending what neighborhood you want to explore this location can be very walkable or a long way to the further neighborhoods. For us it was a perfect location!

Gute Lage. Wir hatten unser Zimmer auf die Rückseite hinaus und somit angenehm ruhig in der Nacht. Gute Erreichbarkeit zu Fuss ins belebte Viertel. Einzig das Frühstück würde ich bemängeln. Dies wird in einer Kartonbox am Morgen ins Zimmer " geliefert". Fällt eher spärlich aus für 12€. Weglassen empfohlen. Ansonst sind die Zimmer sehr grosszügig bemessen. Bett und Kissen bequem. Sitzsofa, TV, Föhn, Wasserkocher, Kaffemaschibe, AWM etc vorhanden. Gut bestückter Kühlschrank. Sauerkeit ist für Portugal voll in Ordnung.

Location and coustomer service is excellent. Room cleanliness was average, there was mold and rooms were not cleaned completely on daily basis

På vintern är detta inget bra område att bo på så vi bytte till deras systerhotell. Frukosten var inte heller nåt vidare. Men vi fick jättefin hjälp att flytta till hotellet i stan och de önskade oss fortsatt trevlig vistelse i Lissabon.

Tive uma ótima experiência no My Suite Lisbon Serviced Apartments. O apartamento é confortável, bem equipado e muito limpo, ideal para quem busca praticidade e conforto durante a estadia. A localização é ótima e o atendimento foi excelente. Recomendo e com certeza voltaria a me hospedar.
