部屋が広く清潔でした！スタッフもフレンドリー

Pretty, cozy, well designed hotel. Good location to everywhere you must see. There is a nice salon to be relax. Hotel staff taking care of us lots when my partner is sick. I really appreciate.

ジュニアスイートの部屋を予約しました。写真の赤いカーテンの部屋ではありませんでしたが、とても広い素敵な部屋でした。ベッドルームが一段高くなっていて、その窓から見える朝焼けが大変綺麗でした。近隣のパーキングから少し離れていましたが、提携パーキングだったようでチェックアウトの時に合わせて精算してもらいました。最初に街の地図を頂いて写真スポットや飲食店がある地域を教えてもらいました。ホテル全体の雰囲気がとても良く、また機会があれば再訪したいです。

システム上のトラブルで、ダブルブッキングになってしまっており、宿泊できませんでした。ですが、代替ホテルの手配等、事後対応が良かったので、不快にはなりませんでした。むしろ、そのホスピタリティにますますこのホテルに宿泊してみたい気持ちになりました。

歴史ある建物で、内装が素敵でした。部屋も広々としていて、快適に過ごせました。ホテルのスタッフもとても親切で、温かく迎え入れてくれました。ハネムーンだったので、心遣い頂きとても嬉しかったです。 ヌエボ橋も近くて、夕日も朝日もすぐに見に行くことが出来ました。立地も良く、街の散策も食事も困りませんでした。 素晴らしいホテルです！

小さいけど、いい宿でした。 安めの部屋を申し込んだら、1階の部屋でした。スーツケースを転がす音とかで、騒がしいので朝の5時には起きることができました。

Hotel excelente, belíssimo casarão antigo, confortável e com quartos amplos e bem equipados. O café da manhã também estava ótimo e a localização era excelente.

The hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of downtown, making it an ideal base for exploring the city. It exudes the charm of a true boutique property, blending timeless elegance with a touch of old-world style. Every detail carries a sense of character and history, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. My stay was thoroughly enjoyable, and I left with wonderful memories of this unique place.

Great spot, super convenient, and that vintage decor gives it a cool vibe. The staff were awesome—totally hooked us up with the best tips for Ronda!

Classic traditional beautiful hotel .

Great location, easy to walk to sites. Wasn’t aware needed reservations for breakfast, so no reasonable times available when inquired so missed b’fast. Difficult to locate hotel & drop off luggage, no parking at hotel site. Parking is short walk but for fee & very confusing payment kiosk. Poor WiFi in room. Mattress did not fit bed base (box springs)so no support on one side, mattress hung off substantially.
